Obama Invites Anti-American Rapper Psy To Sing At White House Christmas Party

Wearing a red sequined top, Psy smiled as he shook hands with the president after performing his viral megahit “Gangnam Style” flanked by dancers wearing reindeer antlers.
President Obama shared a holiday handshake with Psy at a “Christmas in Washington” concert Sunday night, despite the raging controversy over violent anti-American lyrics in the Korean pop singer’s past.
Obama, who refrained from doing the Psy’s “sexy horse” dance during the performance, was sure to praise the sacrifice of American troops during a brief speech to the crowd.
Two weeks before the show, Americans who had embraced the “Gangnam Style” craze were shocked that Psy rapped “Kill those f—ing Yankees who have been torturing Iraqi captives” during a 2004 concert protesting Korean participation in the Iraq war.“Kill their daughters, mothers, daughters-in-law and fathers,” he said. “Kill them all slowly and painfully.” Two years earlier, he had also smashed a plastic model of a U.S. tank after two Korean schoolgirls were mowed down by a U.S.-operated armored vehicle.
Psy apologized as calls grew for Obama to boycott the concert, saying that the offensive performance was “part of a deeply emotional reaction to the war in Iraq and the killing of two Korean schoolgirls.”source – NY Daily News
