Open lesbian deciding 'gay marriage' lawsuit

Peter LaBarbera, head of Americans for Truth About Homosexuality (AFTAH), explains that the American Civil Liberties Union filed the lawsuit against the state's existing law, which defines marriage as the union of one man and one woman, before Cook County Circuit Court Judge Sophia Hall. He tells OneNewsNow why she should not be hearing the case.
"The judge deciding the case is herself an open lesbian, and she's a member of a homosexual judges group that engages in pro-gay advocacy," he reports. "So, you talk about your conflict of interest. It just seems like the fix is in among the Democratic elites in Chicago for same-sex marriage."
LaBarbera also notes that there are 14 homosexual judges in Cook County.
"Being a member of a pro-homosexuality group is not like being a member of a racial group or an ethnicity group; this is being a member of a group that advocates immorality, what has long been regarded as sinful conduct," he asserts. "So, Judge Hall obviously has a conflict of interest. She should do the right thing and recuse herself from this case."
The Alliance of Illinois Judges, Judge Hall's homosexual judges group, marches each year in homosexual pride parades in Chicago. It also celebrated passage of the Illinois "civil unions" law.

In a 2010 speech, the lesbian judge declared that she has "focused on efforts to combat the injustice of racism, gender bias, bias against gays and lesbians, and other stereotypes that belittle those who are stereotyped." But as the AFTAH president points out, the secular media is paying no attention to Judge Hall's open activism.

judge shopping for homosexuals is standard procedure, just look at the leftwing 9th circuit judges and how they rule against conservatives and Christians 80% of the time.
Our Judicial branch is corrupt and leans to the left.
