The Latest CEO to Support Gay Marriage

Not Amazon, too.  This one hurts to give up, but it must be added to my boycott list.  We gotta stand for Biblical teachings.  If we as Christians refuse to take a stand, who will?

That is exactly what has gotten America into the mess it's in.  Too many Christians, distracted by the demands and cares of this world, looked the other way, and look where we find ourselves.

Amazon CEO gives millions to pro-homosexual cause

Associated Press logo new 3SEATTLE - Amazon.com founder and CEO Jeff Bezos and his wife MacKenzie announced a gift Friday of $2.5 million to the campaign to defend Washington's same-sex "marriage" law.

Washington United for Marriage says it has raised more than $5 million for Referendum 74 on the November ballot. Last month Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer and co-founder Bill Gates each donated $100,000 to the campaign supporting the law.

Referendum 74 was certified for the ballot in May after homosexual marriage opponents in the group Preserve Marriage Washington turned in more than 240,000 signatures.

The referendum seeks to overturn the law signed in February by Gov. Chris Gregoire. The law was supposed to take effect June 7 but has been put on hold.

A yes vote upholds the law and a no vote overturns it.

I have enjoyed shoping with Amazon but no more. God says one man and one woman makes a marriage.
1 Cor 7:2 Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. KJV

MARRIAGE

The union of a man and a woman as husband and wife, which becomes the foundation for a home and family.

Origin of Marriage. Marriage was instituted by God when He declared, "It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him" (Gen 2:18). So God fashioned woman and brought her to man. On seeing the woman, Adam exclaimed, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man" (Gen 2:23). This passage also emphasizes the truth that "a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh" (Gen 2:24). This suggests that God's ideal is for a man to be the husband of one wife and for the marriage to be permanent
