Obadiah 1:15 Being Fulfilled in Europe

Europe is reaping all the evil that it has sown.  When God said in Genesis 12:3 that He would bless those who bless His people the Jews and curse those who curse them, He wasn't joking around.  Add to that the warning in Obadiah 1:15 which Europe, as well as America, would be wise to abide by.

I have documented many times on this blog the direct connection between the European Union trying to divide and destroy Israel and the destruction of the EU. These were same day events that I posted on this blog for all to see. It happened time and time again. In fact, I have written that the EU would never stop trying to divide Israel right up to its own destruction!

Now even the Israelis, in a way, have picked up on this! They are able to see the meltdown of the Euro and the EU occurring at the same time they are pursuing the destruction of Israel. This is a secular analysis and is not linked to the scriptures as I have. They did not pick up on the same day events, but they see the overall trend of what is happening.

The European Union is self-destructing at the VERY time it is trying to destroy Israel. God is applying Obadiah 1:15 to the European Union.

What has caught my attention to this is that the European Union has not tried to divide Israel with the same intensity as the United States. The EU has just gotten into the “game”, although it always supported the US with the attempt to divide Israel. Yet, the EU is now on the “chopping block” for violating God’s word towards Israel. I think part of it is that the US is not antisemitic at its core as Europe is and has been going way back in time. The Israel supporting public in America has stayed the final judgment that is due a nation for what the US has been doing to Israel. I do not know how much longer the LORD will stay this judgment on America. In fact, the EU and the US might be judged at the same time.

“Just when the vision, or delusion, of Europe’s unity is facing a grave reality test, it’s amazing to see how one issue manages to unite the failing, disintegrating European bureaucracy: The grudge toward Israel. Even the Euro crisis, which threatens to sink European unity into a new nationalist storm, cannot ease the inherent hostility of the European apparatus, located in Brussels, to the Jewish state. With zealousness that can only attest to disproportional devotion, EU emissaries – mostly with the help of Israeli collaborators who enjoy generous funding – monitor anything that could be perceived to undermine the rights of Palestinians or Israel’s Arab citizens.

For a long time now, the Europeans have not been protesting only matters pertaining to the occupation; rather, they are working methodically to undermine the very existence of Israel as an independent Jewish state.

Large sums of money provided to fund activities in different areas have created dangerous dependence between Israel and the European Union. Had this investment been aimed at developing human resources for the benefit of the EU there would be nothing wrong with it. However, the Europeans are aiming to exploit and rule: Take advantage of what Israel can give them, while at the same time dictate how it should conduct itself.

An absurd situation has been created whereby the European Union, which cannot manage its own affairs efficiently, is working with great determination to decide for Israel how it should behave.

Meanwhile, the Europeans are pouring huge sums of money into the Palestinian Authority without a hint of criticism about Palestinian actions. Senior EU officials refrain from meeting with Israel’s foreign minister, yet preach for dialogue with Hamas. And in at a time where the Middle East is burning because of endless violations of human rights, condemnations are constantly being issued against Israel.”

I have documented that the EU is collapsing at the very time it is pressuring Israel to divide the land and especially Jerusalem. The same day links were there for all to see. The end-game for Europe is now in play. It is very possible the breakup of Europe will occur on the very day they are bullying Israel. I have NO doubt that the Europeans will not let up on Israel right to the final day of the European Union.

The Holy God of Israel is simply applying His word to the Europeans and because of their unbelief they will never make the connection. Do those that believe in the Lord Jesus see the connection and authority of His word?
