What can we do to stop this message supporting perversion? We can hit 'em where it hurts -- stop shopping at Penneys. Money speaks louder than anything else we can do.

Father's Day at JC Penney

After featuring a lesbian couple and their children in its May catalogue for Mother's Day, JC Penney has done the same for its Father's Day ad, this time with two dads (see ad to the left). The American Family Association's OneMillionMoms has been encouraging its supporters to contact the company since the higher ups at JC Penney decided to hire Ellen DeGeneres, a homosexual advocate, as their spokesperson. The latest ad has just added to that effort.
"We have heard back from some of our supporters after they called the corporate office," reports Monica Cole. "Besides the ones that were hung up on, the corporatecustomer service representatives … had said that they will not be changing their stance or changing their position anytime soon."
The OneMillionMoms director tells OneNewsNow only time will tell if the store's support for the homosexual agenda will backfire. But so far, it does not look promising for the company.
"Their first quarter sales were way below what they even anticipated," Cole shares. "They already thought there would be a loss. There was a concern there by JC Penney, and they lost more than they even anticipated. So, we'll have to see; only time will tell if they will change their stance."

Meanwhile, a number of former patrons, including Christians, have stopped shopping at JC Penney because they do not want to financially support something that goes against their biblical beliefs. (See related story)
