Either Barack Obama is a complete fool to have not seen this for what it is, or our president is quite content with the spread of the Muslim Brotherhood, hardline Islam, and Sharia law.

In the first round of voting, which ended yesterday, the residents of nine governorates cast their votes, including those in Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor, Asyut and Port Said.'"

"After making numerous phone calls and speaking to many Christian leaders in Egypt this week, I have learned that what is really happening on the ground is far removed from the television reporters' happy endorsement of democracy seekers. To describe what is really going on around the country as 'barbaric' would be an understatement. While some of the protestors may be true democracy lovers, the widespread terrorism on display defies all human decency.
The truth about recent events in Egypt reveals that the country has disintegrated into a total anarchy and barbarianism that would make the Vikings blush.
Peaceful Christians are being beheaded in their own homes. Their possessions are being carried off as police either stand helplessly by or, for a portion of the booty, turn a blind eye. And surprise, surprise! Nearly all the victims of beheadings were Christians killed by Muslim fundamentalists.
Not only are the Egyptian Islamists poised to take over the country as a result of elections this week, but these acts of terrorism are serving as propaganda tools to 'prove' that they and they alone can bring order to the country with their Sharia law. So, for now at least, these terrorist acts reinforce their cause and agenda.
So much for President Obama's 'Arab Spring.' When history books are written truthfully, they will reveal that the President's speech in Cairo, one he insisted the Islamists attend, set this barbarism in motion. Another misstep by President Obama was his demand that his ambassador in Cairo negotiate with what, at the time, was an outlawed entity known as the 'Muslim Brotherhood.' This gave the Islamist group a huge comfort level in their push to take over.
While I cannot enter into the man's heart or know his motive, I do wonder how Mr. Obama can sleep at night knowing that his misguided foreign policy emboldened pro-Islamists and caused the deaths of thousands of innocent people.
It gives me no comfort to say, 'I told you so.' But back in January of this year, I warned of such mayhem taking root in Egypt.
Indecisive leadership kills innocent people and causes disasters. Take President Jimmy Carter's vacillating support for the Shah of Iran. In one breath, Carter would support the beleaguered leader, and in the next, he would praise the Iranian Revolution. That indecisiveness led to 52 Americans being taken hostage for 444 days inside the U.S. Embassy in Tehran.
It is precisely the same kind of vacillation and accommodation on the part of Mr. Obama that has emboldened the Islamists around the world. As a result, we have seen jihadist-led bloodbaths from Yemen to Syria and from Libya to Egypt.
On a positive note, it is not too late for Mr. Obama to admit he was wrong and change his policy. In fact, it would be very courageous for him to say, 'I was wrong about the Islamists.' Then he could reverse his policy of accommodation, fire his Islamist advisers in the White House and the State Department and start anew -- with a clean slate of truthfulness and honesty. Until then, we can only wait, hope and pray."

Christians Denied Refugee Status
Did you know that the UN gets to determine which individuals can receive refugee status in the U.S.? While Christians are being persecuted and slaughtered in Muslim nations, guess who is receiving the refugee status? Here's a clue: it's not Christians.

U.S. policy regarding refugee resettlement would shock most Americans if they only knew. The United Nations picks who gets to come to the U.S. as a refugee. The mandate of the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is to determine which of the world's huddled masses comes to the U.S. as humanitarian refugees. And predictably, this U.N. body is favoring Muslims. Christians from Muslim lands are being refused refugee status.
This is occurring despite the fact that in their home countries, under the Shariah, Christians face persecution and many times certain death for their religious beliefs. At the same time, whole Muslim communities are entering the U.S. by the tens of thousands per month, despite the fact that in their home countries they face no religious persecution.
This is no accident. We know that the U.N. is driven largely by its largest bloc of countries, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. The OIC is one of the largest intergovernmental organizations in the world. It is a religious and political organization with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, an organization dedicated in its own words to 'eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within.'
It is horrifying but true that Afghan Christians are being refused refugee status by the U.N. and many Western nations, including Great Britain. The U.N. claims that Afghan Christians do not meet the criteria for refugee status that is stipulated in Statute 6B of the UNHCR, which requires refugees to have 'a well founded fear of persecution by reason of his race, religion, nationality or political opinion.'
Is this why we expended incalcuable blood and treasure in Afghanistan? So that Christians would face persecution and slaughter? What was the objective? Shariah?
UNHCR trends for 2006 indicated that worldwide there were more than 32.9 million 'persons of concern,' including around 11 million who were designated as 'refugees.' Most of these came from Somalia, Darfur in the Sudan, Ethiopia, Iraq, Pakistan and Myanmar – all Muslim countries except Myanmar and Ethiopia (which has a huge Muslim population). That means that many refugees from these countries are non-Muslims seeking to escape religious persecution. But they are just the ones being denied.
The U.S. ranks third among the world's nations in the number of refugees we host. Since 1976, millions of new citizens have entered the United States as legal humanitarian refugees, according to reports from the U.S. State Department. The large groups of Somalis that have recently come to the U.S. are certified as 'humanitarian refugees' under our State Department rules. Whole Muslim communities are imported into the United States. When they get here, they are supported by social services provided by the Office of Refugee Resettlement of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The cities that receive these huge numbers of refugees are determined by Refugee Councils.
Humanitarian refugees have literally won the proverbial lottery. Typically, they receive green cards as resident aliens within a year of arrival in the U.S. and are eligible to become full U.S. citizens within five years, unless they violate our immigration laws, commit a felony or are deported. In the process, they are provided with cash stipends and social services assistance from federal, state, NGOs and voluntary agency contractors.
But this lottery is not open to non-Muslim refugees. Back in October 2008, Muslim U.N. employees were 'discouraging' applications for resettlement from the desperate Christian Iraqis. The Christian Iraqi population has since been decimated: Over half of the pre-war Christian population of Iraq has now fled the country.
By buying into the argument that Islam is a religion of peace and ignoring the penalties for apostasy, we are sentencing thousands of Christians to martyrdom and forcing others to live in the shadows in dire poverty.
We need to demand that our government provide protection and asylum for Christian refugees and converts from Islam to Christianity who are threatened under Islam's death penalty for apostates."

The Religion of Peace Strikes Once Again
The reports of Christian slaughter in Muslim nations are a never-ending story.

BARKIN LADI, Nigeria, November 28 (CDN) — 'Fulani Muslim herdsmen along with Muslim soldiers have killed at least 45 ethnic Berom Christians in Plateau state in the past week, Christians in this northern-central Nigerian town said.
Smaller attacks beginning on Nov. 20, reportedly over allegations by Fulani Muslims of cattle theft, preceded an attack on a Barkin Ladi church on Nov. 23 that killed four Christians, and an assault the next day left 35 Christians dead in Barkin Ladi and nearby Kwok village, according to area Christian leaders.
Church attendance was decimated yesterday as thousands of Christians have left the area.
“Christians are fleeing the town because we have no guns to fight back,” said one woman in a group of six Christians trying to leave Barkin Ladi. “Muslims have guns, and they have their soldiers fighting for them, so we have no choice but to leave town.”
Almost all churches in the town cancelled or held reduced worship services on the first Sunday (Nov. 27) after the crisis was contained, as nearly all area Christians have fled to Jos or have left Plateau state, long hit by ethnic property conflicts fueled by anti-Christian sentiment. In March 2010 ethnic Berom Christians, who live as farmers, suffered attacks from Fulani nomads who graze their cattle on the Beroms’ land, resulting in hundreds of deaths in three villages near Jos.
In the attack on Thursday (Nov. 24), the Fulani Muslims were shouting “Allahu Akbar [God is greater],” said farmer Choji Pamjamo, 51.
“On Thursday at about 9 a.m., the Muslims’ call to prayer was made at the Izala [Islamic sect] mosque,” Pamjamo said. “And shortly after that, we saw hundreds of armed Muslims invading the town from all directions, attacking and killing Christians. They were shouting ‘Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar,’ as they were burning properties belonging to Christians.”
Pamjamo confirmed Christian leaders’ account of an attack on a Church of Christ of Nigeria (COCIN) congregation in the Sabon Layi (Rantya) area of Barkin Ladi the previous night (Nov. 23), saying that among the four Christians killed was Bible teacher Yakubu Pam.
David Gyang, 51, an elder at the COCIN Barkin Ladi church, said Muslims set off a religious crisis by attacking Christians at the church site on Wednesday night (Nov. 23) and then launching a major offensive the next morning.
“Some of the Christian victims in this attack that I know include a Christian police officer, one Mr. Bulus, who is the station officer of the Barkin Ladi police station,” Gyang said. “He was inside his house on that day, and these Muslims broke the walls of his room and went inside to kill him and his son. A second Christian victim is Solomon Pam. He was attacked and had his hand broken.”
Gyang lamented that Muslim soldiers brought to town to restore order joined their fellow Muslims in killing and maiming Christians.
“Muslims soldiers took sides with their fellow Muslims and were shooting and killing Christians,” he said. “They also had soldiers guarding mosques in the town, but none was sent to watch over our churches, and that is the reason Muslims were able to burn the Baptist church in the town.”
The COCIN church in Barkin Ladi had an average Sunday service attendance of about 1,200 people, but yesterday only 50 showed up, he said.
“We could not go on with the worship but held a prayer meeting, and then our pastor left to Kwok village for the burial of the 26 killed there,” he said.
Sources told Compass that along with the 26 Christians killed in Kwok village, nine others were killed in the attack on Barkin Ladi on Thursday (Nov. 24). Compass found that the area attacks on Christians began Nov. 20, the day of the alleged cattle theft, with the killing of three Christians outside Barkin Ladi, and then two Christians in the town were killed on Nov. 21.
The next day, a Christian was beheaded behind a popular hotel in Barkin Ladi known as the White House, sources said. The attack on the COCIN church ensued the following evening.
Bitrus Davou and John David, two young Christian men who live near the church building, said they narrowly escaped death.
“Bullets fired at me by a Muslim soldier missed me and killed my dog,” said Davou, 21.
David, also 21, said he and five friends were sitting in front of their house when a Muslim soldier appeared and began shooting at them.
“My friends ran inside the house, but I could not follow suit immediately as there was no route for me to run – so I jumped into an unfinished building beside my house,” David said, pointing toward the bullet holes in the wall where he had taken refuge. “While there, the soldier spotted me and began shooting at me. It is a miracle that I escaped unhurt.”
The Rev. Daniel Moses, pastor of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), said the violence was started by town Muslims who obtained massive support from Muslims from other parts of Barkin Ladi Local Government Area. Thousands of Christians have been displaced, he said.
“As of this morning [Sunday, Nov. 27) corpses of Christians killed are still being recovered, but we can confirm that 37 corpses have been recovered already, and even as I talk to you the burial of some of them is going on in the surrounding Christian villages,” Moses said.
Emmanuel Kyesmen, secretary of ECWA congregation, said the government has been slow to address security concerns.
“Alhaji Kasimu, one of leaders of the Muslim community in Barkin Ladi, is responsible for arming Muslims to attack Christians – we all know this, and the attention of security agencies have been called to his activities, but no one seems to take the necessary steps to check him,” Kyesmen said. “It appears the man is above the law.”
The Barkin Ladi ECWA church, whose regular worship service usually attracts about 270 people, was a ghost of itself on Sunday, with only 42 members able to muster the courage to show up. The service lasted no more than 15 minutes, as they only prayed and left.
Kyesmen told Compass that 11 members of the church had their houses set ablaze by Muslims.
“As a church, we have become targets of attacks,” Kyesmen said. “Our pastors and members are being killed in Plateau state by Muslims, while thousands of others have become refugees in their fatherland. There is the urgent need for the Nigerian government to find a lasting solution to this problem.”
Religious conflict has been growing in Plateau state since 2006, he said, with numerous investigating committees instituted to investigate and report on the immediate and deeper causes, he said.
“But the surprising thing is that none of these reports has been implemented, and no individual has been made to face the wrath of the law,” Kyesmen said. “The government must have the courage to ensure that those causing these problems are prosecuted.”
Among the church buildings found locked on Sunday morning were St. Joseph’s Catholic Parish, St. Mark’s Anglican Church, ECWA Good News Church, COCIN Church Sabon Layi, Living Faith Church, and a host of other Pentecostal and charismatic churches. The few churches that opened for prayer, which lasted no longer than 15 minutes, included the ECWA church, the COCIN church, and the All Denomination Church at the police barracks.
David Alamba, 48, a technician whom Compass met near the town’s police station along with five Christian women who were trying to leave Barkin Ladi, said many churches in town have been closed as most Christians have fled.
“Most Christians who live in Muslim quarters like Sabon Layi, Angwan Hausawa, Angwan Kwano, Angwan Izala, and Angwan Katako areas have to get soldiers to accompany them before they get their few belongings to leave the town,” he said. “You have to pay the soldiers at least 2,000 naira (US$12) before they escort you to your house to get a few belongings before you move out of the town.”
Alamba said Muslims have been moving into the farms belonging to Christians and are destroying crops.
“This is to chase us out of the town and make us homeless, and at the same time starve us to death, since we now have no food to eat,” he said.
Predominantly Christian areas affected by the attacks included Rantya Gwol, Anguwar Tasha, Gangare, and Hayin Asibiti, sources said.

Among the church buildings found locked on Sunday morning were St. Joseph’s Catholic Parish, St. Mark’s Anglican Church, ECWA Good News Church, COCIN Church Sabon Layi, Living Faith Church, and a host of other Pentecostal and charismatic churches. The few churches that opened for prayer, which lasted no longer than 15 minutes, included the ECWA church, the COCIN church, and the All Denomination Church at the police barracks.
David Alamba, 48, a technician whom Compass met near the town’s police station along with five Christian women who were trying to leave Barkin Ladi, said many churches in town have been closed as most Christians have fled.
“Most Christians who live in Muslim quarters like Sabon Layi, Angwan Hausawa, Angwan Kwano, Angwan Izala, and Angwan Katako areas have to get soldiers to accompany them before they get their few belongings to leave the town,” he said. “You have to pay the soldiers at least 2,000 naira (US$12) before they escort you to your house to get a few belongings before you move out of the town.”
Alamba said Muslims have been moving into the farms belonging to Christians and are destroying crops.
“This is to chase us out of the town and make us homeless, and at the same time starve us to death, since we now have no food to eat,” he said.
Predominantly Christian areas affected by the attacks included Rantya Gwol, Anguwar Tasha, Gangare, and Hayin Asibiti, sources said.
Several people fleeing the town as Compass arrived asked, “When will the killings of Christians in Nigeria stop?”'

Evangelicals a National Security Threat?
Earlier in the week, I posted an article concerning legislation which would permit the president to detain Americans without trial indefinitely. I suggested that this could one day be used against those who oppose the socialist/Marxist in the White House. Was I overreacting? I don't think so.

Butterball Under Pressure
Last week I posted about how Butterball had caved under the pressure from Muslims to provide halal turkeys. Apparently, Butterball has been receiving a lot of flack for their decision, and now they are trying to spin their way out of this controversy. In fact, they no longer advertise that they are halal certified on their Website.
With Christmas quickly approaching, please remember to boycott Butterball, and tell all your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to do the same. American companies that cave to the many demands of the very small Muslim community must be taught a lesson. Money talks, so let's hit 'em where it hurts.

"During Thanksgiving week, Americans were treated to a notable example of the effort by Muslims to assert Islamic law and practices over their American counterparts, when it was revealed that Butterball, the most popular supplier of Thanksgiving turkeys in the nation, was certifying all its turkeys halal—that is, slaughtered according to Islamic ritual requirements. And as in most cases where American businesses kowtow to Islamic supremacist demands, instead of owning up to what it was doing, under pressure Butterball obfuscated, denied, equivocated, and did its best to cover its tracks. This is how the stealth jihad advances.
It all began when my colleague Pamela Geller published an article on American Thinker titled 'Happy Halal Thanksgiving,' in which she quoted a Butterball representative stating that not just some, but all whole Butterball turkeys were certified halal. Butterball was not offering consumers a choice. All were halal.
After Geller’s article appeared, however, Butterball began to be inundated with inquiries and complaints. Many were told that it was indeed true: All Butterball whole turkeys were halal. However, as the complaints continued to pour in, Butterball shifted its tactics, and the great halal turkey cover-up began. A Butterball representative told 'The Rachel Maddow Show' that the whole controversy was based on false pretenses, and that its turkeys, at least for domestic consumption, were not certified halal after all. The inconvenient section of the Butterball website saying that their turkeys were indeed certified halal was hastily scrubbed not only from the main page but from the Google cache—a tricky procedure and a sure indication of a guilty conscience.
Butterball had every reason to be red-faced. While the mainstream media, with its characteristic leftist indulgence of all things Islamic supremacist, ridiculed Geller and portrayed the controversy as motivated by 'anti-Muslim hate' or a hysterical fear of 'jihad turkeys,' the substance of the controversy was actually not over the fact that Butterball offered halal turkeys, but that it offered only halal turkeys. The Islamic supremacist agenda that I dubbed the 'stealth jihad' in my 2008 book of that name is not a terrorist initiative, but a cultural one. It centers upon the endeavor to bring Islamic law to the United States by nonviolent means, and to assert in every possible way the primacy of Islamic law and practice.
A captured internal document of the Muslim Brotherhood, detailing its strategy and goals for the United States, summarized that initiative as an attempt at 'eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house … so that Allah’s religion is victorious over other religions.' That may seem worlds apart from halal turkeys, but it is by means of such small advances that this attempt at elimination, destruction and sabotage proceeds. Whether it be the establishment of Muslim prayer rooms in public schools (from which Christian prayer was driven out decades ago), or the granting of special break times, which are unavailable to non-Muslim employees, for Muslim factory workers, or demands that businesses alter their long-standing dress codes for Muslims, even if those codes were established for health and safety reasons, the goal is the same: establishment of the precedent that American customs and mores must always give way to Islamic ones, and that Muslims must always be granted a special status that accords them rights and privileges that non-Muslims do not enjoy.
The goal is to establish Islamic law, Sharia, in America and the West—including its provisions that deny basic rights to non-Muslims, and that establish Muslims as precisely the special, protected class with special rights that these small initiatives grant them in various ways already.
And so in the Butterball turkey case, those who may not wish to eat halal food may take their business elsewhere, but Butterball has no accommodation for them. It is too busy accommodating Muslims. If the company had simply establish a halal line, and had other options available, there would have been no problem, but in all stealth jihad initiatives, the goal is not so much to win reasonable accommodation for Muslims, but to bring non-Muslim practices into conformity with Islamic law.
Butterball’s behavior when exposed shows that it knows it was not acting ethically. Americans were right to put pressure on the company, and should put pressure on all businesses that act in the same way. For ultimately, a great deal more is at stake than the Thanksgiving turkey."

Is Kuwait Next?
One step closer to an Islamic caliphate. We are witnessing the domino effect throughout the Middle East and North Africa as one dictator after another gets overthrown, all in the name of freedom, except the Muslims' idea of freedom isn't quite like that which we can relate.
Sharia law does not equate with freedom. I get the distinct impression that the Muslim world is trading in a bad situation for one that is much worse.
Sort of like when the American people traded in George W. Bush for Barack Hussein Obama. I can't think of a better example than that. Americans were disappointed with Bush's policies, but compared to Obama's, the days of Bush are a pleasant memory.

But tensions rose sharply this month when opposition lawmakers and protesters stormed parliament to demand the resignation of Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser al-Mohammad al-Sabah.
"We decided to submit our resignation to comply with the national interest and due to the danger the situation had reached," the state television channel reported Sheikh Nasser as saying.
The storming of parliament followed a request filed by a group of MPs to question Sheikh Nasser, which was blocked by the cabinet in a move decried as unconstitutional by the opposition.'

It also called on the ruling family to stop monopolizing the so-called sovereign ministries like defense, interior and foreign affairs.'"

Bye, Bye, Barney
Well, well, well, the scoundrel finally is planning to step aside. Barney Frank, the culprit largely responsible for the mortgage meltdown several years back which threw our economy into a tailspin, has announced that he will not seek re-election. Hallelujah! One less crook running our government.
Of course, scoundrel that he is, he gets a free pass from the American Pravda which has thrown heaps of praise at his feet. It's enough to make one barf.

Barney, Banking and Brothels

"The man who was complicit in bringing the American economy to its knees in 2008 won’t go down as, well, the man who was complicit in bringing the American economy to its knees.
Not if the 'mainstream' media has anything to do with it, that is.
After his announcement that he won’t seek reelection, the Washington Post heralded the disheveled congressman Barney Frank as leaving a 'legacy that crosses from legislative cornerstones to political confrontations to a historic place as the nation’s most prominent gay lawmaker.'
The paper continued: 'On the left, Frank was a hero both for his effort to rein in the nation’s largest banks and for his role in promoting gay rights, having been the first member of Congress to declare his sexual orientation while in office.'
Then there’s the New York Times. To them, even Frank’s opponents carried a great deal of respect for the rambling Massachusetts politician. While 'bankers often disagreed with Mr. Frank’s policies,' said the Times, 'many respected his command of arcane areas of finance, a rarity on Capitol Hill.'
Get a room, boys.
The Times also noted that the 'pugnacious lawmaker was quick to lambaste the industry in the aftermath of the financial crisis, and was loathe to apologize when bankers complained about the harsh tone.'
Unlike the Times, the Washington Post did mention Frank’s, er, interesting partner choices over the years, one that resulted in the infamous 'allegations involving his relationship with a male prostitute who worked out of the lawmaker’s Capitol Hill townhouse.' (Side note: The Washington Post frames the boyfriend as someone who 'worked' out of Barney’s house? I guess that’s one way to put it. Another was that Barney Frank’s Washington, D.C., apartment was also operating as gay brothel, of which Frank denies he had any knowledge. Snort.)
But what both the Times and the Post conveniently leave out is how Barney Frank was vociferously supportive of increasing home ownership among folks who should’ve never bought a home in the first place, a policy that injected steroids into the housing bubble and eventually collapsed the financial sector.
And because Barney’s boys in the mainstream media omit his role in the housing crisis that ricocheted across the world in 2008, it’s time for us to go back to the videotape.
When Barney was the ranking member of the House Financial Services Committee, he outright dismissed the fact that the two lending giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were facing grave solvency issues. To the contrary, he argued before the committee that such claims were embellishments.
'I worry, frankly, that there's a tension here. The more people, in my judgment, exaggerate a threat of safety and soundness, the more people conjure up the possibility of serious financial losses to the Treasury, which I do not see,' babbled Frank. 'I think we see entities that are fundamentally sound financially and withstand some of the disaster scenarios.'
Fast-forward to today: The American people had to shell out $700 billion in bailout money, are still on the hook for Fannie and Freddie, and got a huge regulatory bomb called 'Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection' dropped on an American economy already overtaxed and overregulated.
The media’s free pass to the slobbering congressman is even more egregious because Frank wasn’t just defending the status quo. He was pushing for Fannie and Freddie to accelerate the flow of risky loans.
'I would like to get Fannie and Freddie more deeply into low-income housing and possibly moving into something that is more explicitly a subsidy,' drooled Frank in a House Financial Services Committee hearing back in 2003. 'I want to roll the dice a little bit more in this situation toward subsidized housing,' he added.
And when the GOP tried bringing attention to the fact that politicians should be more vigilant (not 'roll the dice') with taxpayer money, Frank allowed his comrades on the House Financial Services Committee to accuse Republicans of conducting a 'political lynching' of Franklin Raines, the former chairman of Fannie Mae who engaged in accounting fraud and raked in a whopping $91 million in compensation and bonuses in the process.
Yes, this scam artist who nearly topped off $100 million at Fannie Mae by cooking its books was being 'lynched' by Republicans for making inquiries into Fannie’s viability.
Now that’s some lib logic for you!

The Fast and Furious scandal is not going away. So what are the libs doing to save their hides? What they so often do -- pass the buck and blame the GOP.

Rep. Maloney Lies about Fast and Furious

"Shilling for Dems desperate to pass off the hot potato known as Fast and Furious to the nearest Republican, Congresswoman Maloney (D-NY) wrote an op-ed piece for the New York Daily News last week entitled 'Fast and Furious 'scandal' is a Republican red herring: What we really need are tougher gun laws.'
Maloney followed the DOJ playbook on Fast and Furious. Terms like 'gotcha games,' 'ill-conceived operation,' 'political fodder,' 'political sideshow,' 'witch hunts,' and 'lax gun laws' are everywhere. But that's not the worst of it. The facts don't fit her agenda, so what does she do? The congresswoman piles lies on top of the propaganda.
If not for the unspeakable grief of the Terry and Zapata families, as well as thousands of Mexican citizens, Maloney's rant wouldn't merit a response. But people died, and their loved ones deserve better.
Lie: The 'Fast and Furious Scandal is a Republican Red Herring.'
Truth: The guns retrieved at the scene of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry's murder were real; they were later traced to the gun-walking operation. Senator Grassley and Congressman Issa did not manufacture a crisis, and the only 'red' involved is the blood of the victims.
Lie: 'Holder is being blamed for a program that is not his creation.'
Truth: Fast and Furious was initiated under Holder's watch in the fall of 2009. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms falls under the Department of Justice, therefore he 'owns' it.
Lie: 'But this initiative, which was identical to one launched under the Bush administration, spiraled out of control, with ATF agents losing track of the guns as soon as they crossed the border.'
Truth: The experienced ATF agents deposed by Issa's House subcommittee said they were ordered by higher-ups not to intercept guns 'being essentially just bee lined to the drug trafficking organizations' -- a practice one seasoned 21-year veteran agent called 'inconceivable ... never, ever in my wildest dreams would I have thought this was a technique ... You don't lose guns ... you don't let guns out of your sight.'
Operation Wide Receiver involved approximately 450 guns, not thousands; there was a serious attempt to track the weapons; no one was killed; and Mexican authorities were told about gun-trafficking suspects. By all accounts, the program was shut down in 2007 after some weapons went missing.
By contrast, Operation Fast and Furious kept ATF agents stationed in Mexico as well as Mexican officials out of the loop; guns were allowed to walk without interdiction; and despite agents' vocal protestations of 'outrage and disgust' about the deadly program, Fast and Furious continued until Brian Terry's murder. Those in charge at the ATF Phoenix field division 'ignored their concerns' and told the agents 'to get with the program" because senior ATF officials like Special Agent in Charge William Newell had 'sanctioned the program.' Hardly 'identical.'
Lie: 'Americans who are outraged at Terry's death rightly want to know whether it has been scrapped and whether Attorney General Eric Holder who oversees ATF, is aggressively investigating Fast and Furious. I can report that the answer to both of those questions is a resounding yes.'
Truth: Holder has stonewalled the investigation at every turn, and he perjured himself on May 3 at a House Judiciary hearing. Both he and President Obama have denied any knowledge of or involvement in the operation. When faced with questions from the media, each defers to the ongoing investigation by the DOJ's inspector general, who, coincidentally, worked under Holder as assistant attorney general in D.C. from 1994 to 1997. This faux oversight amounts to Holder investigating himself.
Lie: 'But for Republican congressional leaders, one botched operation is not enough to serve their political goals. They need a scandal -- and are desperate to create one.'
Truth: The word 'botched' might be applicable if the operation out of the Phoenix division of the ATF had been stopped as soon as Agents like John Dodson and Olindo Casa related their fears about the deadly program to superiors. Agent Dodson reported the general feeling among those in charge was that 'if you're going to make an omelet, you need to scramble some eggs.'
Agents testified they were essentially told to 'stand down' when requesting permission to interdict guns -- that 'all of this was sanctioned' and was an 'acceptable practice.' At one point, an agent confirmed for the questioner that Phoenix supervisor David Voth regarded the increasing violence (958 killed in March 2010 according to one e-mail) as proof that they were on the right track. According to a June 14, 2011 staff report prepared for Issa and Grassley, 'the agents within Group VII described Voth's reaction to all this gun violence in Mexico as 'giddy'" (36).
The chilling accounts of Phoenix Group VII special agents, who were repeatedly ordered not to intervene when they witnessed suspected straw purchases buying 'enormous quantities of assault rifles,' made this a full-blown scandal from the beginning.
Lie: 'According to recent media reports, another Bush-era AG, Michael Mukasey, received a detailed Fast and Furious briefing in 2007. But only Holder took decisive action in response to these dangerous tactics.'
Truth: Here is the memo and supporting documents from 2007. Congresswoman Maloney's deliberate use of 'Fast and Furious' in the same sentence as the year 2007 suggests that specific program began before the 2008 election. It did not.
Furthermore, Holder has not taken decisive action. If former AG Mukasey was briefed on ATF's Project Gunrunner two months after taking office, as the memo indicates, Holder's persistent denial that he knew anything about Fast and Furious until April of 2011, more than two years after he took over, can mean only that he's lying or seriously unhinged. To date, no one has been held criminally accountable for giving orders to 'stand down' while mass murder took place.
Lie: 'Given the ongoing violence on our border and the glaring loopholes in our gun trafficking laws, it's time for Congress to drop its witch hunts and get serious. We cannot continue allowing weapons to end up in the wrong hands.'
Truth: I doubt that the Terry or Zapata families would consider Congress' efforts to thoroughly investigate the murders of their loved ones a 'witch hunt.'
Congress happens to be dead serious. For some unknown reason, those 'glaring loopholes' became craters on Holder's watch. The distinct feature of Fast and Furious that sets it apart from previous operations 'is that absolutely no effort to track the guns was ever in place.'
So far, big media has gone along with the 'lax gun laws' and 'Bush started it' defense. But Americans are growing tired of the lies -- to say nothing of representatives like Maloney who spew them and an administration who continues to blame a former president while ratcheting up its own so-called failed programs."

Wake Up from Your Drunken Stupor -- We Are Losing Our Freedoms
I don't know about you, but I am not comfortable with the knowledge that on orders from Obama, or any other president, the US military could detain me as a security threat -- and get this -- without a trial. It wasn't that long ago that the American Pravda was suggesting that Tea Partiers were a security risk.
This legislation might sound good as a tool to stop terrorists, but I can just imagine what Obama would do in a potential second administration with such a law in his favor. Free speech would be quenched in a hurry under fear that the Obama Brownshirts would be knocking on our doors.
This is America, not some Communist nation, or at least it was. Where are all patriotic Americans on this issue? We are losing our nation and its freedoms before our very eyes.

The bill was drafted in secret by Senators Carl Levin (D-Mich.) and John McCain (R-Ariz.), before being passed in a closed-door committee meeting without any kind of hearing. The language appears in sections 1031 and 1032 of the NDAA bill.
'I would also point out that these provisions raise serious questions as to who we are as a society and what our Constitution seeks to protect,' Colorado Senator Mark Udall said in a speech last week. One section of these provisions, section 1031, would be interpreted as allowing the military to capture and indefinitely detain American citizens on U.S. soil. Section 1031 essentially repeals the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 by authorizing the U.S. military to perform law enforcement functions on American soil. That alone should alarm my colleagues on both sides of the aisle, but there are other problems with these provisions that must be resolved.' source – InfoWars"

Palestinian Statehood Should Be Out of the Question
Based on the requirements to establish statehood, the discussion of a Palestinian state should not even be under consideration. This should be quite obvious to anyone with a brain as small as that of a mouse. Yet, members of the UN cannot seem to comprehend this concept.

No Road Leads to Peace between Israel and the Palestinians

"There are many reasons why a Palestinian state of any sort cannot work. Chief among them is that Palestinians lack the prerequisites for a nation: common purpose; the desire to live in peace so the nation's citizens could carry on normal lives and build for a better future; concern about the well-being of their children and posterity; and a commitment to law and order and to building an economic infrastructure capable of supporting a thriving economy. These are the basics that any nation must have, and all of them are missing.
Common purpose
Only one thing unites the people we call 'Palestinians' today -- the desire to annihilate Israel. If you read the Palestinian and Hamas charters, you can't help but notice that the central tenet in both of them is the animus the Palestinian people have for Israel. The elimination of Israel is the overarching theme in both charters, and the creation of a Pan-Arab nation comes in second. Neither of these guiding principles bodes well for peace with Israel or for building a prosperous Palestinian state.
The desire to live in peace so the nation's citizens can carry on normal lives and build for a better future.
Judging by what the Palestinians say they want to achieve, peace with Israel is totally out of the question. In fact, based on what they say, war is inevitable. Both charters call upon Palestinians to dedicate their lives and their wealth to destroying Israel. The Western concept of a 'normal life' isn't even hinted at, and a better future by their definition is nothing more than a Middle East with no Israel. If you take them at their word, and there is no reason not to, they have no other vision for a brighter future.
Concern about the well-being of their children and posterity
Palestinians raise their children to become martyrs -- walking bombs that they can explode among crowds of innocent Israelis. That's not what I say -- it's what they say, and it's spelled out clearly in their charters as though it's the only reason Palestinians have children. That's a version of love for children and posterity that Western minds can't fathom, and it's certainly not conducive to building a prosperous and peaceful nation.
A commitment to law and order
The Palestinian government, be it Hamas or Fatah, is notorious for corruption and the whims of despotic rulers. The rule of law isn't even part of their vocabulary. Peaceful and prosperous nations that survive over the long-term must have law and order, and there is no evidence that Palestinians want either.
Building an economic infrastructure capable of supporting a thriving economy
The economic model in place today in the Palestinian community is one of providing labor for a bustling Israeli economy and seeking donations from useful idiots around the world who support the Palestinian cause, which is to destroy Israel. These two economic characteristics are antithetical to building a flourishing national economy. By definition, Palestinians can't seek to eliminate Israel and at the same time expect to thrive as Israel grows and prospers. Similarly, Palestinians can't hope to achieve economic independence if they position themselves as global beggars. Most people don't have any idea what the "right of return" means. In a nutshell, it means that descendants of so-called "Palestinians" who left their homes when Israel's War of Independence began in 1948 have the right to return to their homes. But this issue is murkier than you can imagine. For instance, consider these facts:

•Jews in Palestine at the time of the War of Independence invited their Arab neighbors to stay and help them build a country. Most of the Arabs departed, thinking that they would return in a few days at most and reclaim their homes along with spoils left behind by the defeated Jews, but Israel defeated the combined Arab armies, and Arabs who left their homes became refugees.
•Most Arab political leaders decided not to offer citizenship to Arabs who fled Israel. Instead, they built refugee camps for them in hopes of winning global sympathy for their plight. King Hussein of Jordan, King Abdullah's father, made it clear that Arab leaders alone were responsible for the plight of the refugees, but his was a voice in the wilderness. Israel gladly accepted Jewish refugees from Arab countries.
•There were more Jewish refugees from Arab countries during Israel's War of Independence than there were Arab refugees from Israel.
•The value of assets left behind by Jewish refugees from Arab countries far exceeds the value of assets left behind by Arabs who fled Israel.
•Many, if not most, of the so-called "Palestinian refugees" today have no connection whatsoever to people who fled Israel at the time of the War of Independence. For decades, Arab leaders have routinely ousted rabble-rousers from their countries and forced them to join their Arab brothers in "Palestinian" refugee camps. It was a form of exile -- like being sent to Siberia in Stalin's Soviet Union.'

As the facts above indicate, that statement is a bald-faced lie, but it sells well in the Arab world and among the liberal, left-wing Western intelligentsia who have bought into the Palestinian cause hook, line, and sinker.
In practical terms, Abbas was saying that the 'right of return' is non-negotiable. Even more, he was saying that Arabs will fight until the bitter end for the 'right of return.' In absolute terms, the 'right of return' is the ultimate deal-breaker, because Israel will never accept it, and for good reasons. In other words, for Palestinian leaders, the 'right of return' is a convenient way out of any compromise that may lead to peace with Israel."

No Road Leads to Peace between Israel and the Palestinians

"There are many reasons why a Palestinian state of any sort cannot work. Chief among them is that Palestinians lack the prerequisites for a nation: common purpose; the desire to live in peace so the nation's citizens could carry on normal lives and build for a better future; concern about the well-being of their children and posterity; and a commitment to law and order and to building an economic infrastructure capable of supporting a thriving economy. These are the basics that any nation must have, and all of them are missing.
Common purpose
Only one thing unites the people we call 'Palestinians' today -- the desire to annihilate Israel. If you read the Palestinian and Hamas charters, you can't help but notice that the central tenet in both of them is the animus the Palestinian people have for Israel. The elimination of Israel is the overarching theme in both charters, and the creation of a Pan-Arab nation comes in second. Neither of these guiding principles bodes well for peace with Israel or for building a prosperous Palestinian state.
The desire to live in peace so the nation's citizens can carry on normal lives and build for a better future.
Judging by what the Palestinians say they want to achieve, peace with Israel is totally out of the question. In fact, based on what they say, war is inevitable. Both charters call upon Palestinians to dedicate their lives and their wealth to destroying Israel. The Western concept of a 'normal life' isn't even hinted at, and a better future by their definition is nothing more than a Middle East with no Israel. If you take them at their word, and there is no reason not to, they have no other vision for a brighter future.
Concern about the well-being of their children and posterity
Palestinians raise their children to become martyrs -- walking bombs that they can explode among crowds of innocent Israelis. That's not what I say -- it's what they say, and it's spelled out clearly in their charters as though it's the only reason Palestinians have children. That's a version of love for children and posterity that Western minds can't fathom, and it's certainly not conducive to building a prosperous and peaceful nation.
A commitment to law and order
The Palestinian government, be it Hamas or Fatah, is notorious for corruption and the whims of despotic rulers. The rule of law isn't even part of their vocabulary. Peaceful and prosperous nations that survive over the long-term must have law and order, and there is no evidence that Palestinians want either.
Building an economic infrastructure capable of supporting a thriving economy
The economic model in place today in the Palestinian community is one of providing labor for a bustling Israeli economy and seeking donations from useful idiots around the world who support the Palestinian cause, which is to destroy Israel. These two economic characteristics are antithetical to building a flourishing national economy. By definition, Palestinians can't seek to eliminate Israel and at the same time expect to thrive as Israel grows and prospers. Similarly, Palestinians can't hope to achieve economic independence if they position themselves as global beggars. Mrs Halawi, who came to Britain from Lebanon in 1977, worked in the duty-free section as a perfume saleswoman of the airport for 13 years but was dismissed in July.
Her case is being supported by the Christian Legal Centre, who say it raises important legal issues and also questions over whether Muslims and Christians are treated differently by employers.
It comes amid growing concern among some Christians that their faith is being marginalised and follows calls from Lord Carey, the former Archbishop of Canterbury, for Christians to be given greater legal protection in the wake of a series of cases where they have been disciplined or dismissed for practising their faith.
It also raises further questions over race relations at Heathrow Airport.
Last week, Arieh Zucker, a Jewish businessman, complained that he has been repeatedly singled out for full-body scans by Muslim security staff at the airport.
The 41-year-old mortgage broker from London has accused them of 'race hate' and is threatening to sue for racial discrimination after being made to 'feel like a criminal' while being scanned.
Mrs Halawi's case centres on whether she was treated unfairly when she lost her job in World Duty Free in Terminal 3 after she spoke out over what she described as bullying and intimidation by her Muslim colleagues of her and other Christians.
She said that she was the subject of a complaint by an Islamic colleague which was specious and that when she raised her own concerns as a Christian, she was the one who was dismissed.
Now she is distraught at losing her job on allegations made by what she describes as a small group of 'extremist' Muslims.
Mrs Halawi, 47, said: 'I have been sacked on the basis of unsubstantiated complaints so there is now great fear amongst my former colleagues that the same could happen to them if one of the Muslims turns on them.
'This is supposed to be a Christian country, but the law seems to be on the side of the Muslims.'
A mother of two, she says that she had always got on well with her Muslim colleagues and relations between staff of different faiths had been good in the past, but that the atmosphere became increasingly uncomfortable with a growing number of employees espousing 'fundamentalist Islam'.
She says they harassed Christians at work by making fun of them for wearing crosses, ridiculing Jesus and telling them they would go to Hell if they did not convert to Islam.
'One man brought in the Koran to work and insisted I read it and another brought in Islamic leaflets and handed them out to other employees,' she said.
'They said that 9/11 served the Americans right and that they hated the West, but that they had come here because they want to convert people to Islam.
'They say that Jesus is s***** [shitty] and bullied a Christian friend of mine so much for wearing her crosses that she came to me crying.'
Mrs Halawi says she was targeted by the fundamentalists after she stood up for her friend, who is 62 and who she is keeping anonymous because she still works at the terminal.
In May, five of her Muslim colleagues complained to David Tunnicliffe, the trading manager at World Duty Free, accusing her of being anti-Islamic following a heated
conversation in the store.
The row had stemmed from her description of a Muslim colleague as an allawhi, which means 'man of God' in Arabic. Another Muslim overheard this and thought she said Alawi, which was his branch of Islam.
Following the complaints she was suspended immediately, but was not told the grounds for her suspension until she met Mr Tunnicliffe in July.
Two days after the meeting she received a letter, which said the 'store approval' - the Heathrow security pass - needed to work at World Duty Free was being removed because her behaviour was deemed to be unacceptable.
'I believe that the breakdown in relationship between yourself and some of your colleagues has contributed to this situation and has led to a number of inappropriate conversations taking place,' the letter said.
'Whilst I do not believe that you may have meant to be offensive, I believe that it was not unreasonable for the individuals who either heard these comments, or who they were directed at to find them offensive, and they are extremely inappropriate.'..."

Would Obama Support Turkey If It Attacked Israel?
I found the following disturbing article concerning what Barack Obama would do if Turkey were to attack Israel. Granted, this is nothing more than hearsay, but it sure sounds like a move our president would make.

Is it possible the knowledge these close Erdogan advisors have is the result of President Obama, our US Commander-in-Chief, giving them that impression?

If what was told to me is true, and there is no reason to doubt the sincerity and access of my friend, never did the United States favor any other Middle Eastern country over Israel. This explains fully the support the Obama Administration is giving the Islamists. It’s an indirect way for Obama to look the other way while Syria, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, and the traditional close allies of the US sweat bullets having to deal with the Muslim Brotherhood.
And if you have any doubt about what the MB will do once installed in Syria courtesy of Erdogan, just read, in Arabic preferably, the public comments made by the MB in Egypt (I feel for the Egyptian Copts during these trying times) or Libya today. And please, no “for public consumption” argument. Many amongst us are not convinced, especially when those haters could care less about their public.
We have a say in Arabic that goes “A cooking pan found its cover” or Tanjarah La’et Qataha, which is another way of saying “They are a perfect fit”.
Is it possible the Islamist Erdogan is the cooking pan frying the region and Obama is covering for him. I truly find this hard to believe.'
I don't find it hard to believe. Look how Obama has kissed up to radical Islam: The speech in Cairo, the bow to Saudi King Abdullah, his poor treatment of Israel in general and of Prime Minister Netanyahu in particular. Do I need to go on? Unfortunately, this is completely plausible.

The List Grows
The American public has proven itself to be an ill-informed, ignorant bunch. How can they possibly rate Barack Obama as strong on national security and foreign policy? He is like a one-man wrecking ball sweeping through the Arab world.
The Obama-inspired Arab Spring is growing. It looks like we can add little Morocco to the mix. Now, all they need is Algeria, and the Islamists will make a clean sweep across the Northern African nations. Smooth move, Obama.
To think I defended him from charges of being a stealth Muslim. Now, I'm beginning to have second thoughts. If any American president was determined to help the Islamic cause, he would not do anything different from what one Barack Hussein Obama is doing.

RABAT - The Justice and Development Party (PJD) said it had won the largest number of seats in Morocco's parliamentary election on Friday.
"Based on reports filed by our representatives at polling stations throughout the country, we are the winners. We won Rabat, Casablanca, Tangier, Kenitra, Sale, Beni Mellal and Sidi Ifni to cite just a few," Lahcen Daodi, second in command of the moderate Islamist party, told Reuters.
Our party has won the highest number of seats," he added.
Government officials could not immediately confirm the party's claim.
The PJD would be the second moderate Islamist party to lead a North African government since the start of the region's Arab Spring uprisings, following Tunisia.
Daodi could not give a figure for the number of seats his party had won in the 395-member House of Representatives.
Mustapha Al Khalfi, a member of the PJD's politburo, also said the party had won the election but sounded a note of caution.
"We have to wait for the final results because there was a lot of fraud, so we hope that it will not cost us what should be a resounding victory for our party," he said.'"

Been a Christian who was raised in Middle Eastern Islamic countries, I know the dangers of what is looming ahead. I have seen it all before. Of-course from their parents. I cherish the opportunity of becoming an American and raising my kids in this country where they don’t have to go through what we Middle-Eastern Christians had to endure.

And if you think that Saudi Arabia is your friend then the US is living the biggest lie ever. The Saudis hate the US more than you can imagine, however it is in their interest to keep the relations alive. Saudi Arabia is freely building mosques in the US while if someone is caught with a bible in Saudi Arabia he/she will either be executed or thrown in jail. It is happening to many people specially from the far East like the Philippines however their cases don’t get much media attention like Westerners. And if the US thought Pakistan was its ally or friend then the US is in one hell of a deep coma. Nothing will make Pakistan any happier than the day it can soak the US with gas and torch it to the ground, if it can.
Wake up America. STOP the political correctness. Call an ace an ace. Islam is Evil, however not all Muslims are evil. It is only those who implement it word by word then they become evil. I always say: If you pray too much in Christianity then you become a Saint, however if you pray too much in Islam you become a Satan. I got accustomed to been called an infidel since I was 7 years old from my Muslim school mates and neighbors. And where did those 7 years old Muslim kids learn that from? Of-course from their parents. I cherish the opportunity of becoming an American and raising my kids in this country where they don’t have to go through what we Middle-Eastern Christians had to endure.
Don’t believe the media BS about the “brotherly” love and harmony between Muslims and Christians in the Middle East and Islamic nations. It is only peaceful for Christians when they are totally submissive to Muslims and accept whatever is thrown at them. The moment the Middle Eastern Christians try to standup and demand their relatively equal political rights and power sharing with Muslims, then the stick will be waiting for them.
I thought by coming to the US that we have left the ugly past for good, or did we? I am not sure anymore. It seems that Islamization has somehow managed to penetrate the US and the West in general, one way or another in a very organized systematic fashion that Muslim demands are growing bigger and bigger by the day. It is all about numbers, political and economic power. That is all is needed to take over a society. It is spreading faster than wildfire and the US is going in a deep snooze.
What will it take to wake up this nation? America has always got it wrong. The political correctness is killing this nation. Let me say it loud and clear “Islamic nations can NEVER be friends with USA”. That is a fact. As far as they are concerned, America is the greatest Satan. They are ready to accept America’s help and money but down deep in their hearts they hate the US to the bone and the US is either too naïve or just totally ignorant. The US has lost tremendous amount of human lives and money helping the Afghans and their so-called president announced on Pakistan TV that he will side with Pakistan if attacked by the US. He had the balls to announce that while he is still on the US “payroll”, imagine what he will do once he is independent of any US assistance. It is sickening and very worrisome.
The Iraqi president started showing his true colors and is putting his hand in Ahmadinejad’s hand, one of the greatest threats to the free world and Israel now. And if you think that Saudi Arabia is your friend then the US is living the biggest lie ever. The Saudis hate the US more than you can imagine, however it is in their interest to keep the relations alive. Saudi Arabia is freely building mosques in the US while if someone is caught with a bible in Saudi Arabia he/she will either be executed or thrown in jail. It is happening to many people specially from the far East like the Philippines however their cases don’t get much media attention like Westerners. And if the US thought Pakistan was its ally or friend then the US is in one hell of a deep coma. Nothing will make Pakistan any happier than the day it can soak the US with gas and torch it to the ground, if it can.
Wake up America. STOP the political correctness. Call an ace an ace. Islam is Evil, however not all Muslims are evil. It is only those who implement it word by word then they become evil. I always say: If you pray too much in Christianity then you become a Saint, however if you pray too much in Islam you become a Satan. It is heartwarming when individuals like you and congressman Peter King and many others are fighting the fight for this nation.
May the Lord be always with you and protect you for what you do. Keep at it … perhaps this country will wake up and realize the danger before it is too late.'"
Sadly, I seriously doubt that this country will wake up before it's too late.
