Unbelievable! We are about to honor the lives of those slaughtered ten years ago during al Qaeda's strike on American soil, and the mention of the words "al Qaeda" are to be a no-no at the solemn anniversary service, via orders from the Obama regime. What a despicable man Obama is, and whose side is he on, anyway?
At times like this, I desperately miss George W. Bush. I had my issues with him, but at least I always knew he passionately loved our country. The thought of Obama loving our country. Not in a million years.

White House’s 9/11 Anniversary Guidelines Ask Officials to ‘Minimize References to Al Qaeda’
"The White House has provided guidelines to government officials regarding how to observe and discuss the 10th anniversary of the September 11 attacks. While there are certainly some beneficial recommendations held within, some may interpret the disseminated documents as more agenda-driven than not.
These instructions include information about how to honor the lives lost here in America. Additionally, they call for remembrance of the fact that Al Qaeda and other terror groups have also killed innocent individuals in other localities across the globe. Politico has more:
'The guidelines detail what the White House has deemed the important themes that must be discussed, as well as the tone the 9/11 observances should take.
“A chief goal of our communications is to present a positive, forward-looking narrative,” the foreign guidelines state.'
Again, these are worthwhile goals and ideals, but they may be viewed as something more sinister by President Obama’s political opponents. The Atlantic writes:
'Though rebuilding support for the U.S. abroad is a worthy goal, it seems like these guidelines will fit in neatly with a popular meme on the right, that President Obama goes around the world and apologizes for how awesome America is. “Obama’s apology tour” has been debunked by The Washington Post and other places, but several Republican presidential candidates have made references to Obama’s supposed tendency to play down American specialness abroad. That events commemorating 9/11 will be “not just about us” seems likely to fit into that theme.'
The guidelines came in two sections, each aimed at a very different audience. One, which was sent to American embassies and consulates across the globe, is intended to assist overseas allies and foreign citizens. In this document, the guidelines call for agencies to focus upon the global battle against terrorism. The text reads:
'As we commemorate the citizens of over 90 countries who perished in the 9/11 attacks, we honor all victims of terrorism, in every nation around the world. We honor and celebrate the resilience of individuals, families, and communities on every continent, whether in New York or Nairobi, Bali or Belfast, Mumbai or Manila, or Lahore or London.'
Interestingly, the foreign document states that officials should 'minimize references to Al Qaeda.' Within the text, Osama bin Laden’s death is the reason given for this request. In what could be interpreted as somewhat of a political call to arms, the guidelines tell officials to place emphasis on the fact that 'Al Qaeda and its adherents have become increasingly irrelevant.'
Additionally, foreign leaders are encouraged to highlight the notion that Al Qaeda played no major roll in the Arab Spring. Further expounding upon this ideal, foreign commemoration ceremonies should focus on the idea that Al Qaeda 'represents the past' and that peaceful Arab protests 'represent the future.' Clearly, there is a balance here that is intended to bring Arabs on America’s side, rather than being divisive in addressing the issues surrounding the attacks.
The second document, which was sent to federal agencies, is intended for individuals here in America. The guidelines presented within emphasize the need for national service in remembrance of the attacks, while highlighting what the U.S. government has done to prevent another major terror event from taking pace. The single sheet suggests that Americans 'draw on the spirit of unity that prevailed in the immediate aftermath of the attacks.'
According to The New York Times, one official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said:
'The important theme is to show the world how much we realize that 9/11 — the attacks themselves and violent extremism writ large — is not "just about us".'
And UPI writes:
'One significant theme in both sets of documents is that Americans must be prepared for another attack and must be resilient in recovering from the loss. Resilience is a repeated theme of the communications.'
There is no doubt that the U.S. is treading carefully, especially in issuing the foreign guidelines. With negative opinions about America festering in foreign nations, the intention held within the text seems to indicate that the U.S. wants to avoid alienating others, especially those in Arab nations. The attempt to diminish the Al Qaeda also serves the political purposes of instilling a sense of victory both at home and abroad."
When is our president going to get it into his thick skull that the Arab world will never like us because we are infidels? All the butt-kissing, bowing, and apologizing will not accomplish one bloody thing in their eyes because we are the enemy.

Gadhafi Daughter Never Killed by American Strike?
It was always my understanding that Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi's daughter was killed during a 1986 strike ordered by President Reagan on Gadhafi's home in retaliation for a Libyan bombing of a Berlin night club which resulted in the death of two American soldiers. (President Reagan -- doesn't the sound of that name just bring warmth to your soul after nearly three years of a radical leftist president who shares the same disdain for our nation that our enemies exhibit?)
Now, to my amazement, I read that the Gadhafi daughter may, in fact, never have been killed after all and that the tale of her death was just another of Gadhdi's propanganda campaigns.

But when Libyan rebels took over Tripoli and Bab al-Aziziya last week, they found a room in Gadhafi's home with Hana's birth certificate and pictures of a young woman with the name "Hana" written on the back, possible indications that she lived well beyond infancy. A Tripoli hospital official surfaced, saying Hana worked for him as a surgeon up until the rebels came to town.
And on Tuesday, Swiss officials confirmed that Hana's name had briefly appeared earlier this year on a Swiss government document listing the names of senior Libyan figures targeted for sanctions.
Many Libyans believe Hana was never killed and talked about her existence openly.
Adel Shaltut, a Libyan diplomat at the U.N. in Geneva, said it was common knowledge that Hana Gadhafi wasn't killed in the airstrike.
"All Libyans knew from the very beginning that it's a lie," he told The Associated Press, saying that Hana was married and had children.
However, some in Libya believed that after Hana's death, Gadhafi adopted another daughter and gave her the same name in a memorial tribute.
Adding to the mystery, two AP photographs from the 1990s show an adolescent girl identified in captions as Gadhafi's daughter Hana. In one of them from 1999, she is standing next to South African President Nelson Mandela, with his arm around her, during a family visit to Cape Town. Gadhafi's only biological daughter, Aisha, stands on Mandela's other side and Gadhafi's wife Safiya is next to the girl identified as Hana.
In another AP photo from 1996, Gadhafi is seen wiping the face of a girl identified in the caption as his daughter Hana Gadhafi.'

Good News from Virginia--UPDATED
I love to hear about states taking the necessary action to protect the unborn. Texas and Virginia are two such states.

New Rules to Shut Down Virginia Abortion Clinics

"New rules regarding health care facilities will force numerous abortion clinics to shut down in Virginia.
After being passed back in February and signed by Gov. Bob McDonnell, the new regulations take effect in January and will apply dramatically higher health standards in a variety of facilities, but most controversially in abortion clinics. In a reversal of the typical policies pushed by conservatives and liberals, it is in fact a conservative Republican governor enacting the regulations and an organization typically linked with liberals that is fighting them.
The new Virginia rules will 'apply to any facility in which five or more first trimester abortions per month are performed, and that such facilities shall be classified as a category of hospital for the purposes of such requirements.'
Adhering to hospital-level standards will require a dramatic increase the cost of abortion facilities, and like other highly regulated businesses, will force them to make a decision about their future economic viability. Virginia clinics will also be required to obtain licenses proving that they have adhered to the new restrictions.
The new rules and regulations were also justified because of the need for higher health standards in facilities that provide what can be a relatively dangerous procedure. The 'House of Horrors' in Philadelphia was one example of an abortion clinic out of control, in which there was virtually no health standard or governmental oversight at all. The poor standards led to the death of several patients.
The entire, official set of rules will be crafted this Friday and will be voted on Sept.15. The state board of health, which will create these new rules, is mostly filled with McDonnell appointees.
Among the regulations will be new standards regarding the building requirements and the inclusion of food facilities.
The new regulations will only affect facilities that perform first-trimester abortions, and not later-term abortions that must already be performed in hospitals. Of course, this means that Planned Parenthood will be the most heavily affected abortion facilitator.
On top of the new regulations, Virginia has also taken measures to prevent any funding from ObamaCare going to pay for abortions, a measure that many other states have also taken.
Texas, which has passed similar laws to Virginia and has reduced the amount of public funds that are funneled to abortion clinics, has experienced a sharp drop in the total number of Planned Parenthood facilities. Texas has also gone a step further and created a law that requires a mother to see a sonogram of the baby before an abortion can take place.
Even though the new regulations are likely to cause a number of Planned Parenthood clinics to shut down, there have been efforts by activists and donors to keep them afloat.
A recent report came out showing that Susan G. Komen for the Cure, a charity that’s purpose is to battle breast cancer, is actually donating large amounts of money to Planned Parenthood. In 2009-2010 it donated about $600,000 in total and about $14,000 to a Virginia clinic. This is controversial in large part because of the possibility that there is a link between getting an abortion and having a higher risk of getting breast cancer.
The impact of the regulations on Planned Parenthood has yet to be seen, but given the track record in other states and stiff resistance from its defenders, they are likely to lead to the shutdown of more than a few clinics. This of course also shows the power of regulatory policies. Regulations raise costs and decrease the effectiveness of any business, and Planned Parenthood will soon feel the entire effect of that in Virginia."
Do not expect the most pro-abortion president in the history of our nation to take this new legislation lying down. He'll have Eric Holder stopping these proceedings in a hurry. He wouldn't dare allow any babies lives to be spared from the slaughterhouse abortion mills.

Rising leader in Egypt has astonishing plans
"A rising leader in the radical Islamic movement in Egypt that has become a major political player since the demise of Hosni Mubarak's regime says Christian churches may need to be blown up and Christians exterminated to allow the advance of Islamic law, or Shariah.
The comments come from Sheik 'Adel Shehato, a senior leader with the Egyptian Islamic Jihad terrorist group. The sheik was jailed in 1991 because of his positions but was released earlier this year in the revolution that removed Mubarak from power.
His interview with the Egyptian daily Roz Al-Yousef was translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute.
The sheik, a senior jihadist leader, responded to a question about using violence against Christians, who make up a substantial minority in Egypt.
'Are you against blowing up churches?' the newspaper interviewer asked Shehato.
'Yes and no,' he replied. 'The Christian is free to worship his God in his church, but if the Christians make problems for the Muslims, I will exterminate them. I am guided by the Shariah, and it stipulates that they must pay the jizya tax while in a state of humiliation.'
'These positions of yours frighten us, as Egyptians,' the interviewer said.
'I will not act [in ways] that contradict my faith just in order to please the people. ... We say to the Christians, convert to Islam or pay the jizya, otherwise we will fight you. The Shariah is not based on logic but on divine law. That is why we oppose universal, manmade constitutions.'

No proud Muslim will ever be willing to live off tourism profits, because the tourists come to drink alcohol and fornicate. [If they] want to come, they must comply with the conditions and laws of Islam. We will explain to them that, according to the Shariah, the pyramids are [from] a pagan and polytheistic age.'
He continued with a description of the new state of arts and culture in Egypt, should he be in power.
'In Islam, there is no such thing as art. Painting, singing, and dancing are forbidden. Therefore, in the state there will be nothing but Islamic culture, for I cannot teach the infidel culture. … We will return to the decent culture of the Muslims and the Muslim forefathers, and to Islamic history,' he said.
The far-reaching interview included his plans for worldwide government.
'As Muslims, we must believe that the Quran is our constitution, and that it is impossible for us to institute a Western democratic regime,' he said. 'I oppose democracy because it is not the faith of the Muslims. … According to Islam, it is forbidden for people to rule and to legislate laws, as Allah alone is ruler. Allah did not hand down the term [democracy] as a form of rule, and it is completely absent from the Arab and Islamic lexicon.'
He said, 'Once Allah's law is instated (sic), the role of the people will end and Allah will reign supreme.'
A leader like himself would have no need to know what people want, he said.
'There is no consultation [by government leaders] with commoners, such as workers and fellahin, nor is there consultation over issues that contravene the Shariah,' he said.
Muslims such as Mubarak who led Islamic nations but without strict adherence to Shariah were apostate, he warned.
'They are apostate infidels, as opposed to infidels like the Jews and Christians, and anyone who doubts that they are infidels is an infidel,' he said.
Especially, he warned, Muslims must be wary of Christians and cannot be friends.
'I must support the Muslim and oppose the Christian,' he said. 'If there is a Christian who does me no harm, I will maintain limited contact with him. Islam [discusses] certain degrees of contact with the Christian, namely: keeping promises, dealing honestly with him, treating him kindly, and befriending him. The first three are allowed, but the fourth is deemed dangerous, for it contravenes the verse that says, 'O you who believe! Do not take my enemy and your enemy for friends…'
A worldwide Islamic kingdom, he explained, is a given.
'Of course we will launch a campaign of Islamic conquest throughout the world. As soon as the Muslim and Islam control Egypt and implement the Sharia, we will turn to the neighboring regions, Libya and Sudan to the south. Rising leader in Egypt has astonishing plans
"A rising leader in the radical Islamic movement in Egypt that has become a major political player since the demise of Hosni Mubarak's regime says Christian churches may need to be blown up and Christians exterminated to allow the advance of Islamic law, or Shariah.
The comments come from Sheik 'Adel Shehato, a senior leader with the Egyptian Islamic Jihad terrorist group. The sheik was jailed in 1991 because of his positions but was released earlier this year in the revolution that removed Mubarak from power.
His interview with the Egyptian daily Roz Al-Yousef was translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute.
The sheik, a senior jihadist leader, responded to a question about using violence against Christians, who make up a substantial minority in Egypt.
'Are you against blowing up churches?' the newspaper interviewer asked Shehato.
'Yes and no,' he replied. 'The Christian is free to worship his God in his church, but if the Christians make problems for the Muslims, I will exterminate them. I am guided by the Shariah, and it stipulates that they must pay the jizya tax while in a state of humiliation.'
'These positions of yours frighten us, as Egyptians,' the interviewer said.
'I will not act [in ways] that contradict my faith just in order to please the people. ... We say to the Christians, convert to Islam or pay the jizya, otherwise we will fight you. The Shariah is not based on logic but on divine law. That is why we oppose universal, manmade constitutions.'

He continued with a description of the new state of arts and culture in Egypt, should he be in power.
'In Islam, there is no such thing as art. Painting, singing, and dancing are forbidden. Therefore, in the state there will be nothing but Islamic culture, for I cannot teach the infidel culture. … We will return to the decent culture of the Muslims and the Muslim forefathers, and to Islamic history,' he said.
The far-reaching interview included his plans for worldwide government.
'As Muslims, we must believe that the Quran is our constitution, and that it is impossible for us to institute a Western democratic regime,' he said. 'I oppose democracy because it is not the faith of the Muslims. … According to Islam, it is forbidden for people to rule and to legislate laws, as Allah alone is ruler. Allah did not hand down the term [democracy] as a form of rule, and it is completely absent from the Arab and Islamic lexicon.'
He said, 'Once Allah's law is instated (sic), the role of the people will end and Allah will reign supreme.'
A leader like himself would have no need to know what people want, he said.
'There is no consultation [by government leaders] with commoners, such as workers and fellahin, nor is there consultation over issues that contravene the Shariah,' he said.
Muslims such as Mubarak who led Islamic nations but without strict adherence to Shariah were apostate, he warned.
'They are apostate infidels, as opposed to infidels like the Jews and Christians, and anyone who doubts that they are infidels is an infidel,' he said.
Especially, he warned, Muslims must be wary of Christians and cannot be friends.
'I must support the Muslim and oppose the Christian,' he said. 'If there is a Christian who does me no harm, I will maintain limited contact with him. Islam [discusses] certain degrees of contact with the Christian, namely: keeping promises, dealing honestly with him, treating him kindly, and befriending him. The first three are allowed, but the fourth is deemed dangerous, for it contravenes the verse that says, 'O you who believe! Do not take my enemy and your enemy for friends…'

'Of course we will launch a campaign of Islamic conquest throughout the world. Obama has much to fear from a job creator like Rick Perry. Add to the GOP ticket the articulate Marco Rubio, and our president will be shaking in his designer shoes. He may actually have to pay for Michelle's expensive vacations himself.

If Senator Rubio becomes the running mate of Governor Perry, which I believe is increasingly likely, President Obama could face his worst electoral nightmare. At the outset, both men are excellent campaigners -- articulate, likeable, attractive, and accustomed to winning elections in the diverse and large populations of Texas and Florida. Unlike Republican nominees since Reagan, Rick Perry knows how to work crowds. Perry, like Rubio, has never lost a political race. Although it is a relatively small section of his resume, his time successfully selling Bible reference books door-to-door may be as important as background in running for president.
Both Perry and Rubio have life stories which demonstrate that the American Dream really works. Perry grew up on a cotton tenant farm in the middle of nowhere and worked hard up every step in his path to success. Rubio's parents worked in menial jobs so that their son could have a better life. Imagine Rubio campaigning in Las Vegas, where his parents worked like so many Hispanics today, cleaning rooms and tending bars. The greatest impact of these life stories is that the Republican ticket could say just how poor people need not stay poor if government gets out of the way.
Perry and Rubio are both social and economic conservatives. The left tries to downplay the appeal of social conservatism, but to take just a single social conservative issue, abortion, the latest Rasmussen Poll shows that 55% of Americans believe that abortion is morally wrong while only 30% believe that abortion is morally acceptable and 41% of Americans believe that it is too easy to get an abortion in America while only 14% believe that it is too hard to get an abortion. The vanilla question about whether Americans are 'pro-choice' or 'pro-life' is meaningless, if Republican candidates have the gumption to ask Obama in a debate whether he believes abortion is moral or immoral -- leaving the question of federal policy on abortion aside.
This particular ticket would also have profound appeal to Hispanic voters, whose support for Obama has dropped a dramatic 36 points since he took office. The impact of Rubio on the ticket, of course, is obvious: he would be the first Hispanic on a major party ticket in American history. Big chunks of Hispanic voters in 2008 voted for Obama because he was a 'person of color.' Reelecting a black man president has much less psychological value to Hispanic voters than electing a Hispanic who could easily be president in eight years.
The impact of Rick Perry is real, but underestimated by Beltway punditry, which listens more to high ranking Hispanic organizational leaders rather than ordinary Hispanics. Perry has won many statewide elections in Texas, including three as governor. Almost 40% of the state is Hispanic. Governor Perry speaks Spanish, but more than that, just as a New York City or Chicago politicians grasp the nuances of European ethnic differences, so Perry understands the largely Mexican-American minority and has steadily improved his percentage of the Hispanic vote in Texas elections.
A politically savvy Perry with the first Hispanic on a national ticket as his running mate could disarm the traditional skittishness that some Hispanics have had about voting Republican. Combine that with the very real success that Perry has had in creating jobs in Texas -- compared with Obama nationally or California Democrats -- and he could make a strong argument that Perry-Rubio is precisely what most Hispanics really want in Washington.
This could be complemented by the rise of Hispanic Republicans in 2010. Susana Martinez, the conservative Republican governor of New Mexico, next door to Texas, is a prime example. The first female Hispanic governor in American history could travel throughout the Rocky Mountain region touting a Perry-Rubio ticket. It is not just Hispanic 'people of color' that could connect with Hispanics. Bobby Jindal and Nikki Haley, both articulate and strongly Republican governors could both show the legal immigrants from lands as distant as India are welcomed by conservatives.
Black voters will go overwhelmingly for Obama, but black voters vote overwhelmingly for Democrats no matter what Republicans have tried. “We anticipate that we will resolve all adjustments proposed by the US Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) for the 2002 through 2004 tax years. . . within the next 12 months,” the firm’s annual report says.
It also cites outstanding tax issues for 2005 through 2009.
Obvious question: If Buffett really thinks he and his “mega-rich friends” should pay higher taxes, why doesn’t his firm fork over what it already owes under current rates?
Likely answer: He cares more about shilling for President Obama — who’s practically made socking “millionaires and billionaires” his re-election theme song — than about kicking in more himself.
Buffett’s free to back Obama, of course.
And if his firm wants to keep its tax bill low, well, that’s its right, too.
But it would be nice if this “pro-tax-hike” tycoon were a bit more honest about it.

It has to be something 'supernatural' as there is no other explanation.

Despite being labeled a "moderate," Abbas has been a champion of the hard-line position that Israel must open its borders to these millions of Arabs, thus demographically destroying the Jewish state.
Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said Abbas' defiant speech was just further proof of the true nature of the Palestinian statehood bid scheduled for the UN in September.
"Countries around the world must make it clear to Abbas that the only way the Palestinians will be able to have a state is by stopping their attempt to destroy the only Jewish state in the world," Lieberman told reporters.'

Late Thursday night, Gaza-based terrorists opened up a fresh mortar attack on the Erez Crossing border terminal between Gaza and southern Israel. Three Palestinian women and two infants were passing through the terminal as the shells began to fall. They had been in southern Israel for medical treatment at an Israeli hospital.'

Releasing Terrorists from Libyan Jail
I've discussed before about the ties the "freedom fighters" in Libya have to terrorism. It's amazing how that Arab Spring, for which Obama was the head cheerleader, has not exactly resulted in the democracies that our president had hoped. Egypt is not far from being in the hands of the Islamists, and Libya is releasing terrorists from its prison. It's enough to make one wish for the days of Mubarak and dare we say--Gaddaffi? At least the two dictators kept the Islamists in line. Now, all h*** is breaking loose in both nations.

The freed militants had been imprisoned in Tripoli's Abu Salim prison by Moammar Gadhafi's regime during the height of the insurgency in Iraq, according to Noman Benotman, once a senior figure in the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group. Benotman said he believes as many as 600 militants may have been among the prison population at Abu Salim.
It's not known how many prisoners were held in the vast facility. Human Rights Watch said Gadhafi's prisons "have been filled to the limit in the last few months with thousands of people who were arrested for taking part in the anti-Gadhafi protests, or because of their suspected support for Libya's democratic opposition."
The human rights group, which recently had a team visit the prison, estimates that before the uprising, there were a few hundred Islamists held at Abu Salim.
Benotman said many of the militants released are pro-al Qaeda.
"Nobody knows what these released prisoners are going to do next," he said. "Will they take part in the fighting and if they do will they join pre-existing rebel brigades or form a separate fighting force?"
Benotman, now a senior analyst at the Quilliam Foundation in London, said the freed prisoners are Salafists, embracing a puritanical interpretation of Islam that has gained ground in Libya in recent years.
Gadhafi's regime imprisoned thousands of suspected pro-al Qaeda militants after the 2003 U.S. invasion of Iraq stoked radicalization in Libya, especially in its impoverished eastern provinces. According to Benotman, those rounded up by the regime included militants who had tried to travel to Iraq and some who had returned from fighting against U.S. forces there. He said many of them had already been released by the Gadhafi regime.
Internal al Qaeda in Iraq records seized by the U.S. military in 2007 indicated that proportionately more Libyans traveled to fight with al Qaeda in Iraq than from any other Arab country. Some saw fighting in Iraq as a "a last act of defiance against the Gadhafi regime," according to a confidential 2008 State Department cable made public by the website WikiLeaks, because of the rapprochement at the time between Gadhafi and the United States.

The Truth About the Libyan Rebels
Perhaps the American Pravda should take a look at this article about the Arab Spring in Libya before boasting about Obama's ousting of the Libyan dictator. Overthrowing Gaddafi may not be such a good idea when we consider that one of the rebel commanders is an al Qaeda fighter. If this proves to be the case with too many of these rebels, we may just be worse off than before the Libyan Spring.
It's Jimmy Carter and the Shah of Iran all over again. Only difference is that Carter was a bumbling fool. Obama, on the other hand, is aiding and abetting the enemy with the intention of bringing about an Islamic caliphate to destroy Israel.
These anti-Israel types are fanatics. I have one in my own family; my sister just sent me an email daring me to watch some anti-Israel propaganda on YouTube which "proves" how evil Israel really is.

War on the Horizon
I give it a month until Israel and one or more of its Arab neighbors are involved in a full-scale war. Both the Palestinian and the Egyptians are chomping at the bit to go to war with their arch-enemy Israel and will have no peace until they are at war. The declaration of a statehood planned by the savages at the UN on September 20th will further exasperate the tension between the two groups.
At some point, Obama's foreign policy advisor, genius Samantha Power, may get to implement her dream to impose the "Responsibility to Protect" program against those mean Israelis as they defend themselves from the peace-loving Palestinians.
In the meantime, the Israelis are being provoked on a regular basis with rockets directed at its civilian population.

Wow. Even for Ahmadinejad, who usually has at least a tiny amount of political correctness, this is a shocking statement and he has now completely taken off the gloves towards Israel. I cannot recall such a dramatic, bold, unequivocal statement directed towards Israel.
'"Iran believes that whoever is for humanity should also be for eradicating the Zionist regime (Israel) as symbol of suppression and discrimination," Ahmadinejad said in an interview with a Lebanese television network, carried by ISNA.
"Iran follows this issue (the eradication of Israel) with determination and decisiveness and will never ever withdraw from this standpoint and policy," the Iranian president added in the interview with the Al-Manar network.'
Why is he coming out now and making such bold statements?

At lest seventeen Qassam rockets and mortar shells were fired from Gaza on Thursday evening exploding in open fields in Eshkol, the Sha'ar HaNegev Regional Council, and south of Ashkelon. The "Color Red" warning siren was sounded in the areas under attack.
Shortly after 7pm another rocket was fired that struck near the Erez crossing. The IAF reported that warplanes struck a separate terror cell preparing a launch just before the Erez attack and scored a "precise hit."
The attacks come as Israelis braced for more attacks after at least 20 rockets fired into Israel Wednesday night. These were in addition to a shooting attack that wounded two and the par for the course rock-throwings.'

Not only that, but the overall situation in the region is more volatile and more unpredictable than it has ever been - the rapid changes in Egypt and their deteriorating relations with Israel - the uprisings and instability in Syria - the Hezbollah takeover of Lebanon - the rapid infusion of arms into Gaza (via Egypt) - and even Jordan, who is having more and more demonstrations - and more importantly, the increasing number of rockets coming into Israel, which is almost at wartime levels right now.
And on top of that - one of the leading nations in the Gog-MaGog conflict, Iran - is making unprecedented threats to Israel - clearly stating that they are 'determined to eradicate Israel' with 'determination and decisiveness'.
We're close. So close.
Once the warfare begins, I believe the dominoes will topple rapidly - including the Isaiah 17 scenario rapidly followed by the Gog-MaGog conflict detailed in Ezekiel 38-39.
This all means that the gathering up of the Bride of Christ is coming soon as well.
The time to prepare - at peak levels - is now.

The Awesome Beck Stands Up for Israel
Glenn Beck has proven himself to be a true friend to Israel. No wonder the Left despises him so. Not only does he have the guts to expose the Obama regime for its radical agenda, but he befriends the nation many on the Left hate even more than they hate America -- Israel.

"Today was the day of Glenn Beck's 'Restoring Courage' event in Jerusalem and from all accounts, it was a uniquely moving occasion, ending in a rally on the southern side of the Old City. There were about 1000 people in attendance, mostly Americans who’d come to Jerusalem at Beck’s urging but also a number of Israelis, including a fair proportion of Orthodox Jews.
The audience also included a number of listening parties worldwide, including China and South America.

"So much for that often-told promise about being able to keep your health insurance, eh Barack?
(USA Today) — 'Nearly one in 10 midsize or large employers expects to stop offering health coverage to workers once federal insurance exchanges start in 2014, according to a survey from a large benefits consultant.
Towers Watson also found in a survey completed last month that an additional 20% of companies are unsure about what they will do.
Another big benefits consultant, Mercer, found in a June survey of large and smaller employers that 8% are either “likely” or “very likely” to end health benefits once the exchanges start.
Employer-sponsored health insurance has long been the backbone of the nation’s health insurance system. But the studies suggest some employers, especially retailers or those paying low wages, feel they will be better off paying fines and taxes than continuing to provide benefits that eat up a growing portion of their budget every year.'

What happened to the foundational principle of separation of religion and state? Do we not even so much as pretend anymore? The White House's official website Aug. 10 posted a story entitled 'Islamic Relief USA Starts Its First Summer Food Service Program,' boasting that the U.S. Department of Agriculture is now helping this Islamic group get its program started. What kind of help is the USDA giving to Jewish and Christian charitable groups? Islamic Relief USA has ties to Hamas. How many other groups with ties to terror organizations are working with the USDA? And why is the United States government subjugating itself in this way?
The story featured a photo with the caption: 'Max Finberg, Director of the Center for Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships at USDA, and IRUSA's Abed Ayoub cut the ribbon launching summer feeding program at An Nur (Photo courtesy of IRUSA).' Reporter Marissa Duswalt quoted Kareema Dickens, the principal of An Nur School in Lanham, Md., as giving 'heartfelt remarks.' Dickens said: 'We are very grateful to USDA for helping us feed our students this summer and letting us know about this wonderful program. We hope to continue this partnership and serve meals to our students throughout the year.'
I equate 'Islamic Relief' with dhimmi pain. This is jizya, the poll tax imposed upon non-Muslims by their 'Islamic betters,' who are commanded by the Quran to make sure that the dhimmis pay it with 'willing submission' and 'feel themselves subdued' (9:29).
Islamic Relief USA is a spinoff of Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW), which is headed up by Dr. Hani Al-Banna. Al-Banna was formerly with the Muslim Aid (MA), a London-based Islamic 'charity' based in London that was a 'partner organization' with the Al-Salah Islamic Association, a Hamas fundraising machine headed up by Ahmed Al-Kurd, whom the U.S. government officially designated as a terrorist. Muslim Aid also worked with groups linked to Jamaat-e-Islami, the Muslim Brotherhood of Pakistan.
IRW received $50,000 from a front for Osama bin Laden in 1999, and has given millions to the jihadists in Chechnya. And IRW official Iyaz Ali has admitted to aiding Hamas while serving as project coordinator at IRW's Gaza branch in late 2005 and early 2006. Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that 'incriminating files were found on Ali's computer, including documents that attested to the organization's ties with illegal Hamas funds abroad (in the U.K. and in Saudi Arabia) and in Nablus. Also found were photographs of swastikas superimposed on IDF [Israeli Defense Force] symbols, [as well as photos] of senior Nazi German officials, of Osama bin Laden and Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, as well as many photographs of Hamas military activities.'
Wait, it gets better. The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs also noted:
'The IRW provides support and assistance to Hamas' infrastructure. The IRW's activities in Judea, Samaria and the Gaza Strip are carried out by social welfare organizations controlled and staffed by Hamas operatives. The intensive activities of these associations are designed to further Hamas' ideology among the Palestinian population. These associations' educational and religious institutions incite against the State of Israel and advocate terrorist actions against it and its citizens. The associations provide support to the families of terrorists who were wounded in actions against Israel, and to Hamas prisoners and detainees. These associations thus promote Hamas' goals including the destruction of the State of Israel.'

Is There An Enemy in the White House?
President Obama's close ties to Islam should be a concern to all Americans. With Muslim Brotherhood members in his administration, we need to question if they are getting their hands on classified information and then leaking it to our enemies. Questions That Must Be Answered:
■Why did Obama release the identity of SEAL Team Six as the specific team that took out Osama bin Laden?
Never before has a sitting U.S. President done this. Releasing their identity puts a bulls-eye on their backs by providing Al Qaida, Hamas and the Taliban (terrorist groups created by the Muslim Brotherhood) with the information they need to target those specific soldiers. It also openly provided their identity to White House appointees who have alleged ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Now all that was needed was the time and location of a future mission for SEAL Team Six in order to take them out and avenge the death of Osama bin Laden, which appears to have happened.

Cozying up to known terrorist leaders who say they want to destroy America and doing their bidding by going against America’s closest allies because they are targets of these terrorists is dangerous. The Muslim Brotherhood has stated plainly that they seek to destroy 'little Satan' (Israel) and 'big Satan' (America). Obama’s actions with regard to the Muslim Brotherhood and those who have ties to these terrorists is beyond comprehension. God Warns America
If you think yesterday's earthquake on the East Coast was just a fluke, think again. Let's face it-- earthquakes of this magnitude on the East Coast are non-existent. At least they were until yesterday.
This is the hand of Almighty God warning America of the judgment to come for our sinful ways. God is a god of love and does not want to cause destruction, but what we so often forget is that He is also a holy god who cannot ignore a sinful people. Reach out to Him during these dark times; He is waiting with open arms.

God's Final Warning to America
"Today was an awesome day for America. A 5.9 earthquake struck Northern Virginia that was felt from Atlanta to Toronto! The location of the earthquake was very significant as it was centrally located to shake almost the entire East Coast. This was a record earthquake as it was the most powerful ever recorded in this area. Most importantly it rocked Washington, DC.
In Washington, it knocked blocks out of the Washington Monument, it damaged the National Cathedral along with the Capitol Building. It shook New York City and many other cities. It was felt all around me in Central Pennsylvania, although I did not feel a thing.
I see this as the LORD bringing His weapons of judgment on-line and firing a huge salvo across the bow of America. I was unable to link this with any specific event, but it falls after the order to sodomize the military and just before the UN vote to create a Palestinian state. Since the order was issued to sodomize the military on July 20, the stock market has been in convulsions. It was up over 300 points today but watch the chaos as we get closer to late September.
On September 20, the military will officially allow open homosexuals in its ranks. I personally believe that this ordinance by the US government was the final act of rebellion by America against God's holiness. It appears that full judgment is on the way, and this earthquake is a warning of what is about to overtake America. It is a sign to get ready for those that have ears to hear and eyes to see. God wants us to determine the signs of the times and one way is by looking at the timing of all these disasters and stock market crashes.
I suggest two things. The first to keep our eyes on the Lord Jesus and His coming for His church. No matter what happens not to take our eyes off Him or we can be overcome by fear and anxiety. The second is that we see the judgment coming and to prepare as the LORD leads. He will protect those that seek Him and ask what to do. I have mentioned many times to be prepared with food and supplies. The door is fast closing for you to do this.
There just was a once in a century earthquake that shook the entire East Coast, and now a potentially monstrous hurricane is bearing down on the East Coast. This is ALL within the same week! You add this to all the other record breaking disasters that hit America this year and the picture is clear. God is about to take the sin and rebellion of America head-on.
Please do not be caught in this crossfire, but seek the LORD on how to be protected and prepare. He warned Noah and Lot before judgment. He warned Joseph of the coming famine. He warned ancient Israel of the judgment to come. The Lord Jesus warned of the coming destruction of Jerusalem. God has certainly warned the American church of the coming judgment.
May the Holy God of Israel bless and protect you."

Fox Nation reports that a New Jersey school district has apologized to parents after requiring high school students to read the graphic books.
“Some of the language is inappropriate,” said Chuck Earling, superintendent of Monroe Township Schools in Williamstown, NJ. “We were not trying to create controversy. We were just trying to get students to read.”
Even more disturbing, is that the books reportedly on the required reading list were not just for high school students, but for middle school students as well.
“There were some words and language that seemed to be inappropriate as far as the parents and some of the kids were concerned,” he said.
Fox adds:
'One book, “Norwegian Wood,” was on a list for incoming sophomores in an honors English class. The book included a graphic depiction of a lesbian sex scene between a 31-year-old woman and a 13-year old girl, according to a report first published in the Gloucester County Times.
“I don’t think that’s relevant for any teenager,” parent Robin Myers told the newspaper. Her daughter was assigned to read the book.
“I was just kind of in shock,” she said.
The other book in question was “Tweak: Growing up on Methamphetamines.” That book included depictions of drug usage and a homosexual orgy.
“That has created a controversy,” Earling told Fox News Radio, referring to the drug usage – along with the lesbian and gay sex scenes. “We’ve pulled them from our summer reading list."'
In a misguided effort to keep ahead of the curve, school districts are substituting classic literature — that has served to educate millions of students for decades — with graphic books that are perhaps only intended to push a social and political agenda on the students who read them.

This is no accident; nobody is stupid enough to believe the economy will be brought back from the pits with increased regulation on businesses at that scale.
