No wonder Illinois is in such desperate shape financially. Don't get me wrong, I think teachers should earn a good salary; they play an important role in the future of our nation. But, $100,000+? No way! They don't deserve that much, and $203,000+ is highway robbery. And for phys. ed., no less?
