Canada's Economy Is Soaring

I absolutely LOVE to see Bible prophecy fulfilled. In Genesis 12:3, God warned that He would bless those who bless the Jewish people and curse those who curse them. Too bad our leaders do not abide by God's advice.

We are witnessing the promise made by God, even today. America and Europe in particular have both pressured Israel to give up its God-given land and have defended the enemies of the Jews, and where have such policies led us? We are both in economic ruin and have little hope for the future.

There is one nation which has stood by Israel in recent years, while at the same time, nation after nation has mocked and villified the Jewish nation. That nation is Canada. And while the world's economies are blowing up before our very eyes, what's the situation in Canada?

Amazingly, the Canadians are sitting pretty amidst all this chaos. Sure, a conservative form of government makes a huge difference, but there is more to it than that. The favor of God is upon Canada for its support of Israel, especially when it is probably the only nation to show such support. I certainly can't think of another nation to do so. I hope the Canadian people realize the gem they have in Stephen Harper, the loyal friend to Israel.

There is a lesson to be learned, but don't expect the morally bankrupt and spiritually depraved nations in Europe and America to figure out the secret of Genesis 12:3.

Read from the Anerican Thinker:

Canada Soars
A.M. Mora y Leon

"As America's economy struggles, a funny thing happened on the way to the next-door neighbor nation that has up until now always been considered a dogleg off our economy. Canada's economy is soaring.

It's that they did anything particularly unusual. And it's definitely not that they are what economists casually dismiss as 'a commodity economy' experiencing a temporary boom.

In reality, Canada has genuinely gone its own way, getting itself out from the shadow of the US economic picture at just the right time. The government of conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper has embraced free markets, not just one or two things, but a whole banquet of all the things that make economies grow - smaller government, free trade, one tax cut after another, and energy development and security. Net result? Same as what Chile got when it tried the same kinds of reforms - a booming economy.

IBD wonders what the heck the U.S. would look like if it just followed the tax-cutting, government slashing model that has made even the dullest nation turn into the Canadian puma state. What really would it look like?"

'God-given land'? They lost it (God took it away?) in the first century AD. They only got it back because of Britain, Europe and North America, who dispossessed the people already living there. Then they invaded more and stole more, refusing to give it back in defiance of international resolutions.

If you want to play the "they were there first" card, when are you giving North America back to the natives, and moving back over here?
