Missing records which could incriminate Planned Parenthood in Kansas, and they went missing in 2005. How convenient!
This has the wicked Kathleen Sebelius's dirty fingers all over it. What the Left will stoop to in order to promote the slaughter of the unborn. Nothing surprises me anymore.
Sebelius should be behind bars instead of running our Health and Human Services Department.

Incriminating records destroyed, trial delayed
Charlie Butts
"Records needed in the criminal prosecution of Planned Parenthood of Kansas Mid-Missouri have mysteriously disappeared, delaying the trial.
On Friday prosecutors asked for and received a two-week delay in the start of the trial involving 107 charges against the abortion-provider -- because the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) destroyed the very records needed to prosecute Planned Parenthood. Mary Kay Culp, executive director of Kansans for Life, attended the hearing.
'These very reports were known to be the subject of a criminal investigation by the Department of Health,' she points out. 'So you would think there would be all kinds of maneuvers to make sure that those records were not destroyed -- and in fact, those records were destroyed and other records from the same year were not. It's very, very suspicious.'
Yet Planned Parenthood attorneys argued that the disappearance was due to 'routine' purging of documents by the agency.
Another question is that records submitted to a judge who found probable cause to prosecute were turned over to then-Attorney General Paul Morrison.
'Is that not still in the Attorney General's office?' asks Culp. 'If it is, why wouldn't one of our prosecutors here in Johnson County who has been made an assistant attorney general for purposes of this case use those copies? Has it too been destroyed?'
Culp finds it 'incredulous' that KDHE officials testified about the Johnson County reports in 2008 -- yet not once mentioned that the reports had been destroyed in 2005. She believes an investigation should be launched.
'Only guilty people destroy evidence,' she stated in a press release. 'Not even we anticipated [former Kansas Governor Kathleen] Sebelius and her administration could stoop this low to protect abortion industry criminality, but this proves they did.'
Meanwhile, prosecutors are left with the task of finding evidence to pursue prosecution of Planned Parenthood in just two weeks."

The Republicans needs to start getting serious about cleaning out the democrat swamp and bring these criminal democrats to justice.
The Republicans have been passive and forgiving way to long.
a slap on the wrist isn't going to solve the corruption problem in the democrat party.
