'FOX News is reporting that Holder was personally identified as being informed of the plan at least twice. One report, from 2010, states that Holder was informed of the plan. This new information premiered just minutes ago on Fox’s Special Report with Bret Baier.'

'New documents obtained by CBS News show Attorney General Eric Holder was sent briefings on the controversial Fast and Furious operation as far back as July 2010. That directly contradicts his statement to Congress.
On May 3, 2011, Holder told a Judiciary Committee hearing, “I’m not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks.”'"
Poor Eric, he has a likely excuse for his perjury. He didn't understand the question he was asked.
What a pathetic excuse for an attorney general, the highest law enforcement office in the land. His days are numbered.

'The Justice Department told CBS News… Holder misunderstood that question from the committee – he did know about Fast and Furious – just not the details.'"

This does not surprise me at all about anyone associated with the Obama Administration. Eric Holder is doing what he always does and that is lie, and be dishonest. He refused to call Muslim extremist, terrorist but he turns around and sues Arizona over immigration. This man is simply a clown and a joke.
