September 20th is a key day to watch. Not only will the Palestinians be demanding statehood at the United Nations on that day, but the repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell will go into effect, permitting gays to openly serve in the military. Both moves are a slap in the face of Almighty God and both on the same day! I dread to think what lies ahead for us in the next few weeks.
On May 19th, Obama demanded that Israel retreat to its 1967 borders and give up East Jerusalem to the savages. Then, on July 22nd, the repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell was certified with a 60-day waiting period for it to be fully implemented.
Since these two actions took place, we have witnessed disaster after disaster. How weird is it that the East coast experienced both an earthquake and a hurricane all in the same week? If it's not earthquakes and hurricanes, it's record flooding, out-of-control fires, and devastating tornadoes. Certainly, we typically experience some of these natural disasters, but not to the extent that we have in the last several months.
God's Word says in Leviticus 18:22:
"Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable."
Zechariah 12:9 says:
"And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem."
Joel 3:2 says the following:
"There I will enter into judgment against them concerning my inheritance, my people Israel, for they scattered my people among the nations and divided up my land."
We are witnessing the fulfillment of these passages. It's to the point that we need to ask ourselves, "What disaster is next in store for our nation?" Will it be weather-related or will it be another economic catastrophe?
What a strange feeling to know deep in your heart that disaster is coming and there is nothing you can do about it, except ask God for mercy upon our nation, knowing full well that we do not deserve any mercy when we spit in His face over and over again.
Most Americans, even in Christian circles, don't have a clue that we are under the judgment of God. Nevertheless, our ignorance will make no difference. Though God is a loving God, He is also a holy God and cannot permit us to continue on our present path to destruction without intervention. He is trying to get our attention so that we will repent and turn from our wicked ways. At that point, He can heal our land. Wake up America and repent before it's too late!!
