Palin Derangement Syndrome is in full force these days. George W. Bush probably appreciates the break as he sure had his share of deranged attacks from the Left during his eight years in office and even since leaving the White House. What was irritating about Bush was the fact that he never defended himself against unfair and inaccurate statements made about him. Palin, on the other hand, gets in there and fights back. Go get 'em, girl.
When asked to describe the Obama presidency, Sarah Palin describes it perfectly in two words. Unlike Joe Biden, she actually can count.

"In a cover story on Sarah Palin for this week’s Time magazine, the former vice presidential nominee took aim at President Obama’s presidential strength, comparing him to former President Jimmy Carter and even mocking his golf habit – quipping that, unlike the president, she’s been so occupied 'helping people' that her own golf game has taken a back seat.
…When asked what she thought of Mr. Obama’s presidency so far, Palin said, 'Two words: Jimmy Carter,' and pointed to what she perceives as his political vulnerability. 'In battleground states, he’s polling at 40% or below,' she told Time.
Palin also obliquely addressed apparent concerns among Republican leadership that she can mount an effective campaign against Mr. Obama in a potential 2012 presidential matchup. The ideal Republican nominee should be 'someone who can draw a sharp contrast,' Palin said. 'The country is rejecting his agenda … My vision of America is diametrically opposed to his. He sees America as the problem. I see America as the solution.'"

The slower response to the BP spill was due to BP not giving out accurate information at the start. Yeah, it was red states that got hurt, so I can't deny the possibility that part of the delay might have been retribution, but I doubt that it was. But yeah, it might have been.
Chris Matthews never said anything about a tingle, by the way. It's kind of like Sister Sarah never saying "I can see Russia from my house." And whatever it was, I'm sure it wasn't sexual in nature; Matthews was trying (not very articulately, I'll concede) that Obama's 2004 speech at the DNC gave him a thrill, if you were. Like hearing Lee Greenwood singing "Proud to Be an American" or Kate Smith singing "God Bless America" right after 9/11. It's got nothing to do with being a fag, moron; it has everything to do with having some genuine emotions for our country. I'll bet you never even heard Obama's speech, and that was before you knew anbything about him except for the fact he was a Democrat and he was black. That's all you need to hear to make your sort of judgment, isn't it?
