God Will Not Be Mocked--UPDATED

God has a warning for all nations in their dealings with Israel, and they would be wise to heed His advice.

In His Word, He states the following regarding the nation of Israel: "The day of the Lord is near for all nations. As you have done, it will be done to you; your deeds will return upon your own head." (Obadiah 15)

God was not joking around when he made this statement. Let's travel through history and see what the consequences were for those nations who have mistreated Israel.

In the book of Exodus, as the population of Jews grew, the Egyptian pharaoh felt threatened by their numbers and commanded the midwives to kill all the Hebrew male babies, but they feared God and refused to do so. When that did not work as he had planned, the pharaoh ordered the male babies to be drowned in the Nile River.

The ancient Egyptians worshiped ten major gods, and God eventually sent ten plagues upon the Egyptians as a punishment for not freeing His people, the Jewish slaves, from bondage. Each plague destroyed one of these false gods. The Egyptian pharaoh drowned the Israelites, and when it was all said and done, God arranged for the pharaoh and his army to drown in the Red Sea. "As you have done, it will be done to you; your deeds will return upon your own head."

Next, comes the story of Esther, the Persian queen, who, unknown to her husband, was Jewish. The evil Haman, who was next in line to the king, despised Jews and convinced the king to issue a decree to kill all the Jewish people. When Esther found out about Haman's plan, she risked her life and saved her people from destruction. Haman and his ten sons were hung on the same gallows which he had built to hang Esther's Jewish cousin, Mordecai. In the end, the Jews annihilated their enemies and celebrated their holiday known as Purim.

We now move through history to World War II and the German persecution of Jews in the Holocaust. Hitler had a great disdain for the book of Esther and the Jewish holiday Purim. To mock this Biblical account, Hitler hung ten Polish Jews in 1942.

Interestingly, ten Nazi war criminals, the same number as the sons of Haman who had hung centuries before, were hung on October 16, 1946, the same day that the Jewish people celebrate Hoshana Raba, a day of judgment of nations. The last Nazi war criminal to be hung, shouted "Purimfest, 1946" moments before his death.

During World War II, the Nazis imprisoned Jews in concentration camps secured by fences with barbed wire and machine gun towers. Ironically, the Communists built the same type of fence around the Germans when they built the Berlin Wall. Both Haman and the Germans learned what you do or attempt to do to the Jews will come back to haunt you.

The Cubans had an opportunity during the Second World War to bless the Jewish people, but declined to do so. In 1939, 936 Jewish refugees fled Germany aboard the "St. Louis" to escape persecution. The prior year, the Cubans had accepted 1,500 Jewish immigrants. The Cuban population was hostile to the idea of added immigrants, and this time around, the Jews were turned away. The refugees eventually were allowed to enter England, France, Belgium, and Holland. The Jews in these nations, excluding England, were eventually rounded up by the Nazis and sent to concentration camps to be exterminated. The Cubans rejected the Jews, and years later Cuban refugees, fled in vessels to escape persecution from Castro. As you do to the Jewish people.....

The British have a history of anti-Semitism which has only increased in recent years as Islam is gaining a stronghold in the nation. During the reign of King Edward I in the 1200s, the Jews were refused land ownership and suffered persecution. Edward stole money from British Jews by borrowing funds, refusing to repay the loans, and ultimately forcing the Jews out of Britain.

When the United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine was approved on November 29, 1947, the British were unwilling to support the Jews having their own state. The nation that could once boast that "the sun never sets on the British Empire" was soon cut down to size and no longer a super-power.

One day, the Muslim nations will pay dearly for their hostility toward the Jewish people, as will many other nations worldwide. God will not be mocked. "I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse." (Genesis 12:3)

UPDATE: I posted this late last night and forgot to acknowledge where I found much of this information: "Can America Survive?" by John Hagee.

Fantastic post! It would do Obambi and his followers well to heed this advice.

"Twistin'... Twistin'... Twistin' the night away...."

I especially like the part where you casualy skip over 2000 years of history, from Esther to Hitler.

And, in comparison, the little hop from Cuba in 1939 to Cuba in 1980...

Obadiah = the Rapture = Christian Zionism

You sure can twist Scripture AND history, MoreLies!

And don't forget to add the subtitle to Hagee's piece of fecal matter:

"10 Prophetic Signs That We Are The Terminal Generation"

LMAO What a load!

I confess that I have not read the entire piece, I got distracted after the first paragraph because as someone commented above, it is predictable. How do we come to know so much about the heart of God when He says His ways are not ours? Every generation condemns the previous, which is pride, which is sin. The United States and several other nations were carefully ommitted from this missive, I wonder why? I will keep my point short. I hope the God of all creation will cause His Spirit to guide us all to all Truth. Selah.
