I heard a woman call in to Rush Limbaugh's radio program today stating that her sister in Michigan told her that the NEA is providing a bus for teachers in her area to attend the rally. What a wonderful way to spend teachers' union dues. You going, Diogenes?

"According to the One Nation Working Together site, 'more than 400 organizations, representing tens of thousands of individuals who have endorsed the One Nation Working Together campaign' have signed on as partners for the Oct. 2 rally in Washington, D.C.
This movement includes human and civil rights organizations, unions and trade associations, nonprofit organizations, youth and student groups, religious and other faith groups, educational, peace, environmental, and ethnic associations, and any other groups and individuals who are committed to pulling our country back together now.
President Barack Obama’s own Organizing for America has praised the effort, calling it the 'biggest progressive demonstration in decades.' And did you know that conservative orgs like the National Baptist Convention and the National Missionary Baptist Convention of America will also be at the march. Didn't watch a second of it, didn't miss it one bit. Sorry to disappoint you, AnonyMouse. I don't need to see thousands of people flocking to Washington (or anywhere else) just like the good sheep that they are, in order for my own principles to be vindicated. Now, I realize that Glenn Dreck and you rightwingnuts need that badly, but I don't.
No matter how many Religious Rightwingnuts go to Washington on their day passes for Dreck, they'll still be just as stupid and just as misled.
