Black Tea Party Supporters

Hey libs, if the Tea Party is nothing more than a bunch of racists, how do you explain a significant amount of support for the movement from blacks? Yes, you read that right--blacks. If this is the case, say good-bye to the racist label.

Read from Gateway Pundit:

Racists!… One-Third of Blacks Support Tea Party

"They must be racists…

A new poll released by Pajamas TV claims that one-third of black voters support the tea party movement.
WND reported:

'A new poll released this week soundly contradicts critics’ claims that the tea-party movement is “fringe,” “white” and “racist.”

PJTV’s Tea Party Tracking Poll has monitored nationwide sentiments toward the tea party on a weekly basis since Aug. 2. The poll’s most recent reports reveal the following results:

The number of people who identify as 'members' of the tea party has more than tripled over the last month alone, up to 21 percent of likely voters;

Fifty-five percent of those surveyed said they support the tea parties based on the movement’s positions on the issues;

Among the likely voters who are black, 32 percent said they would vote for a candidate backed by the tea parties

That's not what the poll said and, without knowing exactly what questioned was asked, this data is dubious, at best.

What WorldNutDaily SAYS the poll revealed is that 32% of likely black voters would vote for e Teabagger-supported candidate. That's far different than your claim that a third of all blacks support the Teabagger movement itself.

And if the actual question asked COULD you support a Teabagger-backed candidate, I could imagine a lot of potential voters might say, "Yes, I COULD, but I don't know if I actually WILL or not." Hell, even I would CONSIDER voting for a Teabagger, and I might even do it, if they were the best candidate. I just haven't seen that happen, certainly not here in Colorado with Ken Buck!
