What's with the constant outcry of "Racism!" ever since Americans elected the first black president? There are not enough black people in this country to have brought Obama over the finish line to victory. I think whites had a hand in his big win over John McCain. Yet, all we hear is the very juvenile cry "Racism!" everytime someone criticizes the way Obama is running this country. Sorry, but our displeasure with President Obama has not a lick to do with the pigment of his skin.
Of course, when real reverse racism occurs, it's ignored. And then to top it all off, the NAACP is accusing the Tea Party movement of racism. What an absolute crock! The ascendency of Barack Obama to the White House has not healed racial tensions, but magnified them.

Liberal Racism
By Robin of Berkeley
[...]
"Obama has been the Teflon President because of the color of his skin. Liberals are giving him a free ride.
We see it every day when criticism of Obama evokes cries of racism. But who are the real racists here?
Are the racists those conservatives who hold everyone accountable to the same standards? Who believe that people should be judged by their character and their behavior, not their race, creed, or color?
Or are the racists those white liberals who treat Obama like some delicate flower? While liberals still eviscerate George W. Bush, any judgment of Obama is off limits.
It's not just whites who are enabling Obama by acting like his protectors. Blacks voted en masse for Obama. Sadly, what has he offered them?
From the start, it was obvious that Obama, though half-black, had never done anything for the black community. In Chicago, his actions hurt blacks.
Obama was a huge supporter of Tony Rezko, a notorious slumlord, now a felon. When Obama served in the state senate, black residents picketed Rezko's offices to protest their rat-infested, unheated apartments.
And what has Obama done to help blacks since he's been president? One of Obama's first actions as president was eliminating the DC school voucher program that offered poor black kids the chance for a better life.
Obama and the Democrats have created record debt and crushed the economy. A depressed economy hits minority groups especially hard.
And then there is Obama's push for amnesty for illegals. How is giving jobs to millions of illegals going to help blacks, who have unconscionably high unemployment rates?
But there is one perk Obama has afforded the black underclass -- the right to behave brutally. Obama's Justice Department dropped charges for those New Black Panthers who allegedly threatened and harassed people at election sites.
This encouragement to act out is deeply cynical and manipulative. It's designed to control racial minorities and promote social unrest.
Although Obama has only agitated, not uplifted, Americans, most liberals regard him as their icon. To them, Obama is the Great Black Hope.
Liberals handle Obama with kid gloves. In the meantime, they turn a blind eye to his dangerous policies, like flirting with radical Islam. Liberals make excuses for the plummeting economy, blaming their usual bogeyman: conservatives.
They refuse to see Obama without the rose-colored glasses. Why? Because when it comes to Obama, liberals see a black man deserving of special treatment.
Will the real racist please stand up?"

You know, the Faux Noisers are whining about the New Black Panthers, but how come they're not covering the murderous attacks led by a black man, Nat Turner? He and his racist group of terrorists killed 54 men, women and children, every single one of them middle-class, conservative, and WHITE!
And not a word about it from the MSM. Brian Williams, Katie Couric, and Diane Sawyer have ALL ignored this. Could it be because Nat Turner and his cronies are African American, and the MSM doesn't want to embarrass President Obama with this story of gross reverse racism?
Or could it be because the Turner revolt occurred in 1831, so it really isn't "news" anymore?
"Tea party rejects NAACP's racism claims, but concerns exist
By Judy L. Thomas
The Kansas City Star
Billy Roper is a write-in candidate for governor of Arkansas and an unapologetic white nationalist.
"I don't want non-whites in my country in any form or fashion or any status," he says.
Roper also is a tea party member who says he has been gathering support for his cause by attending tea party rallies.
"We go to these tea parties all over the country," Roper said. "We're looking for the younger, potentially more radical people."
Accusations about racism within the tea party have rumbled for a year, but they suddenly exploded this week with a resolution at the NAACP convention in Kansas City saying the party is attracting people and groups hostile to minorities.
The allegations prompted irate denials from tea party supporters, and even critics make it clear that they're not accusing all tea parties or party members of racism.
Indeed, it's difficult to answer the racism question because the tea party is split into hundreds of shards, and the issue of racism depends somewhat on perceptions.
Still, it's clear that some with racist agendas are trying to make inroads into the party.
In several instances, tea party members with racist backgrounds such as Roper have played a role in party events. At the same time, The Kansas City Star has found, white nationalist groups are encouraging members to attend tea parties. One organization based in St. Louis is sponsoring tea parties of its own.
"There definitely is racism within the tea party movement," said Daryle Lamont Jenkins, an African-American and a spokesman for One People's Project, a Philadelphia-based group that monitors racism. "I've seen it, and it's something they need to deal with now."
