75% Say Free Markets Better Than Government Management of Economy, Political Class Disagrees
"A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 75% of Likely Voters prefer free markets over a government managed economy. Just 14% think a government managed economy is better while 11% are not sure. These figures have changed little since December.
Polling released earlier this week showed that Americans overwhelmingly believe that more competition and less regulation is better for the economy than more regulation and less competition.
Not surprisingly, America’s Political Class is far less enamored with the virtues of a free market. In fact, Political Class voters narrowly prefer a government managed economy over free markets by a 44% to 37% margin. However, among Mainstream voters, 90% prefer the free market."

As Christians, we must hate Islam, but not have hate in our hearts for Muslims. They are totally deceived by an evil religion which has them bound by its lies, hatred, and intolerance. We must also remember that most Muslims were born into their evil religion and know nothing else. Jesus has love in His heart for the Muslim people, so He expects the same from us.

The first half black president and he has chosen to transform America and destroy democracy as we know it.
It will be a long time before the American People are able to forget and trust another black with America's Liberties & Freedoms.
I guess that it depends on how "government managed economy" is defined. If those were my two options (free markets v. government managed economy) I'd vote for free markets, too, as I don't believe that the government should "manage" the economy, since "manage" in my mind implies active control and dirction of day-to-day activities. However, if the choice was between "free market" and "free market with governmental oversight and regularion" I'd bet the poll would have a different outcome. But -- and this is the key -- the guys who wrote that poll at Rasmussen realized that there would likely be a doiametrically opposite result if they phrased it that way, so they stacked the deck in their favor. That's why polls are so untrustworthy: many pollsters have their own agenda, and they slant the wording of the polls so that they achieve the desired result. Especially Rasmussen; they're almost always the outlier on the conservative end of the spectrum.

Name one country run totally by blacks that isn't extremely poverty stricten,ultra corrupt and murderous. It's not about race, it's about performance. As usual, you threw a liberal temper tantrum, but failed to prove my comments wrong. It is true that these countries i speak of are murderous and corrupt, heavily oppressing their citizens and leaving them in poverty. You are entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts. Blacks have rightfully fought for rights here in America, but now the same people who fought for the rights of blacks are now fighting to take the rights of white Americans in the name of equality. All Americans should have the same rights, regardless of race, but the gov't is always giving preference to "minorities" and coming up with more ways to oppress whites. Do one of your little studies and find out what percentage of the black population is a some type of gov't program. Blacks make up 12% of the population, but make up almost 40% of the welfare roles. Taxpayers also pay for millions births to welfare recipients each year. What on earth do you think is going to happen when the non-working welfare recipients of all races gain a population majority? One word: CHOAS
