Get Your News from Down Under

Way to look out for the interests of Muslim terrorists, Mr. President. Thought you'd pull a fast one on the American people, did you?

Since the American Pravda refuses to do its job of holding the American president accountable for his actions, we must resort to getting our news elsewhere--Australia to be exact. Don't hold your breath to see this reported in the U.S. media.

Read from Big Peace:

White House Backed Release of Lockerbie Bomber

"so reports The Australian:

'THE US government secretly advised Scottish ministers it would be “far preferable” to free the Lockerbie bomber than jail him in Libya.

Correspondence obtained by The Sunday Times reveals the Obama administration considered compassionate release more palatable than locking up Abdel Baset al-Megrahi in a Libyan prison
.

The intervention, which has angered US relatives of those who died in the attack, was made by Richard LeBaron, deputy head of the US embassy in London, a week before Megrahi was freed in August last year on grounds that he had terminal cancer.

The document, acquired by a well-placed US source, threatens to undermine US President Barack Obama’s claim last week that all Americans were “surprised, disappointed and angry” to learn of Megrahi’s release.”

Interesting how there's no direct reference to the "correspondence" this Australian newspaper supposedly has. We don't know what exactly was said, or who said it, to whom it was said, or when it was said.

Remember the "context" lecture that Glenn Beck offered you rightwingnuts last week? didn't think so... but neither will he. The only reason he mentioned it with regard to Shirley Sherrod is because, for once, he wasn't knee-deep in the muck.
