EUREKA! Terror Lawyer Lynne Stewart Gets 10 Years

"Better late than never. It took four years, but a terrible wrong has been righted.

The lawyer libs love and jihadists adore has finally gotten justice. Back in 2006, terror lawyer Lynne Syewart aided Islamic jihad by passing messages from Omar Abdel Rahman, mastermind of the 1993 World Trade Center bombings, to his followers. George Soros paid for some of her defense. She abetted Islamic jihad. She was found guilty of Islamic terror. She got 28 MONTHS. She could have gotten 30 years. Stewart (along with co-defendants and co-workers Ahmed Abdel Sattar and Mohammed Yousry) was found guilty of helping her 1995 client, Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman, communicate with his Egyptian-based organization, the Islamic Group.

After this gross miscarriage of justice, parties were hosted in her honor. She was a celebrated figure by the left. She spoke at an ethics conference at an NY law school (I kid you not).

Today, justice was served, cold. [...]

Now she wants her original sentence, which she fought. Heh.

'A judge had resentenced a 70-year-old civil rights lawyer to 10 years in prison for letting a jailed Egyptian sheik communicate with his radical followers.

Federal Judge John Koeltl sentenced Lynne Stewart in Manhattan after she pleaded with him to reimpose the two-year, four-month sentence he had originally given her in 2006. She said she has been diminished since her November imprisonment.

An appeals court had ordered a new sentencing, saying the judge needed to consider whether she committed perjury. Koeltl says she did and he says she lacked remorse after her first sentencing.'"


Now, I'd like to see George Soros do some time. This shady character needs some investigation.
