Democratic Party Too Liberal

In November, 2008, the majority of Americans were drunk on Obama Kool-Aid convinced that the election of Barack Obama would bring "hope and change" to this nation. They were dead-on when it came to the "change", but 19 months later there is no "hope". Ask the millions of unemployed Americans who trusted Obama to fix our economic woes. In fact, the only hope in sight is that this administration and its socialist/Marxists cohorts in Congress get tossed out on their butts in the next two elections.

The good news is that the drunken stupor is now a thing of the past. Reality has set in, and a center-right nation is concerned about the radical leftist agenda of this president. Tell me once again, Diogenes, about how mainstream you and Obama are.

Gallup reported:


'In the past two years, Americans have become increasingly likely to describe the Democratic Party’s views as “too liberal” (49%), and less likely to say its views are “about right” (38%). Americans’ views of the Republican Party, on the other hand, have moderated slightly, with a dip in the percentage saying the GOP is too conservative from 43% last year to 40% today, and an increase in the percentage saying it is about right, from 34% to 41%.'"
