Wow! The Obama Administration has threatened another nation. I didn't think they had it in them. It's about time Obama and his minions stand up against our enemies. Oh wait, it wasn't a foe they threatened, but instead our ally Israel.
As I've said over and over until I'm blue in the face, President Obama had better watch his steps. There are severe consequences for nations who pressure Israel to give up its God-given land. God does not take such actions lightly. You fool with Israel, the apple of God's eye, you live to regret it. Don't believe me, read His Word. It's all through it about the blessings for those who bless Israel and the curses for those who harm Israel. And harming Israel is right at the top of Obama's anti-Semitic, anti-Zionist agenda.

Iran can build a nuclear arsenal fit to blow up the world, they can slaughter their own Muslim (and non-Muslim) populations with impunity, they can threaten to wipe non-Muslim countries off the map, but Israel cannot be sovereign. Israel will be punished for not submitting to Islam and surrendering to Islamic anti-semitism.

Israel in Response to Mitchell Loan Guarantee Threat: Blame PA
(IsraelNN.com) 'The Prime Minister's Office reacted Sunday to an implied threat by U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East, George Mitchell, regarding American loan guarantees to Israel. Mitchell had said that his country could withhold support on loan guarantees to pressure Israel in negotiations with the Palestinian Authority.
Israel rebuffed the threat. “It is the Palestinian Authority that refuses to renew the peace process," a statement released by the Prime Minister's Bureau stated, "while we have carried out significant steps. It is the PA that must change its ways.”
The special envoy, former U.S. Senator George Mitchell, was asked by a TV interviewer on Thursday what types of pressure could be exerted upon Israel to get the diplomatic negotiations underway again. Mitchell said, “Under American law, the United States can withhold support on loan guarantees to Israel," and added that the previous Bush administration had in fact done so. “But I prefer persuasion to sanctions,” he said afterwards.'

Many in Israel have long called for Israel to turn down these benefits, in accordance with the Biblical teaching (Proverbs) that one who hates gifts will live, in order to remove this pressure point and enable Israel to be more independent. I particularly liked Mitchell's line about wanting to put pressure on both sides. Since when has Obama ever put any pressure on the Palestinians? Did he ask the Arabs to stop building in East Jerusalem or the disputed areas of Judea and Samaria, AKA the West Bank? Did the US ever lean on the Palestinians to take the terrorists from the al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigade off the Fatah payroll,or to stop making public heroes out of murderers?
Nor does Mitchell seem to particularly care about the fact that Hamas would likely take over a Palestinian State in the areas the Obama Administration wants to force them to vacate, just as they did in Gaza.
This is not coming out of left field. Obama, in his despicable speeches in Cairo and at the Muslim dominated UN, made it abundantly clear where his sympathies lie'"

Nowhere is this more evident than in the support among Jewish Democrats (92%) for the policies of Barack Obama and their contrasting rejection by Israelis (4% support Obama’s policies).
The explanation for the divergence is typical of the hubris of leftist Jews. They see themselves and President Obama as the embodiment of Democratic and Jewish ideals, while Israeli Jews, especially the Orthodox and Russian immigrants, have moved decidedly to the right and spurned both Jewish and Democratic values.
The strange thing about leftist Jews, who are generally secular, talking about Jewish values is those values are always aligned with Democratic policy positions.
What liberal American Jews don’t want to confront is they have helped put into power an administration that is more vexed over a Jew building a home in Jerusalem than a Muslim building a nuclear bomb outside of Tehran, and elected one of the most intrusive and authoritarian administrations to ever come to Washington or one of the most anti-Israel.
The Jews living in upscale suburbs as Evanston, Illinois, pontificate about moral equivalence and what the body count in Sderot should be in order to justify a military incursion into Gaza. All the time, they worry about what they need to say to stay in the good graces of their interfaith neighbors and colleagues.
Leftist American Jews should realize that there is no rationale that will make the Obama administration anything other than the political fiasco it is. It is an administration honed in the machine politics of Chicago, where perpetuating power is the paramount goal. It is an administration that buys every leftist shibboleth about the causes of and solutions to the Middle East conflict. It is the most treacherous and anti-Israel administration ever to come to power.
American Jews need to stop blaming Israel for their own political failures. If American Jews are the embodiment of Democratic and Jewish values, where is the Jewish value in scapegoating one’s brethren?
Thank you Anonymous! Well said, of course you know that the American Jews don't truly consider themselves Jews. As you stated, they are secular. Unfortunately those who call themselves secular or atheists are far to the left and have no in tention of admitting that Obama is anti-Jew or anti-American. I myself am an atheist but I know very well where my values came from and I know this country's beginnings. America's founders were Christian, no doubt and our country's values are based on Judeo/Christian ethics. I would rather live in my country with those values than what Obama and hi ilk offer, Islamic values with a huge slice of Sharia Law on the side. This country will regain it's strength once that anti-American has lost his job taking his corrupt scum with him, though, I'm hoping for more soon than that.
