It IS a sarcastic attention-getter, but it's pretty accurate. If you get sick and expect a Republican reform plan to help you get better, you better think again; the rightwingnuts have NOTHING to offer you except (maybe) prayers. And you only get them if you're another rightwingnut WASP.
