Yesterday morning, I sat by the TV eagerly awaiting Mike Huckabee's comments on Fox and Friends concerning the Rifqa Bary case and could not have been more disappointed. He made light of the entire situation, while at the same time emphasizing that Muslims are peace-loving and do not want to harm their children. Yeah, we hear you Mike. But, what about the reality of honor killings?

you DO realize, of course, that the only one who has EVER said anything about her father threatening violence is the 17 yr old runaway, right?
How many Religious Rightwingnut parents have said simiar things to their kids who have told them they're gay?
