Americans may have fallen prey to the smooth-talking American president. But, Israelis see right through him, and they recognize that he has a great disdain for the Jewish nation. All that Muslim blood running through his veins cannot help but influence his foreign policy when dealing with the conflicts between Israel and the Palestinians.
Read from Gateway Pundit regarding a poll of Israelis questioned about Obama‘s support of Israel:
Fooled No More... Only 6% in Israel Consider Obama Pro-Israel
“An Israeli man walks past posters hung by an extremist right wing group depicting US President Barack Obama wearing a traditional Arab headdress. (AP)
Israelis see through the hype-- Only 6% see Obama as pro-Israel.
The Jerusalem Post reported:
‘Only 6 percent of Jewish Israelis consider the views of American President Barack Obama's administration pro-Israel, according to a new Jerusalem Post-sponsored Smith Research poll.
The poll, which has a margin of error of 4.5%, was conducted among a representative sample of 500 Israeli Jewish adults this week, following Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's speech in which he expressed his support for a demilitarized Palestinian state.
Another 50% of those sampled consider the policies of Obama's administration more pro-Palestinian than pro-Israeli, and 36% said the policies were neutral. The remaining 8% did not express an opinion.
The numbers were a stark contrast to the last poll published May 17, on the eve of the meeting between Netanyahu and Obama at the White House. In that poll, 31% labeled the Obama administration pro-Israel, 14% considered it pro-Palestinian and 40% said it was neutral. The other 15% declined to give an opinion.’”
6%! These individuals must be all drugged up to come to the conclusion that Obama is pro-Israel.
The sad part is that as our president kicks Israel to the curb and pressures them to give up their God-given land, all Americans will pay the price for his foolish decisions. God’s Word says in Genesis 12:3, “I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse.” As a “Christian”, President Obama would be well-advised to follow God’s advice.
Even Bill Clinton’s pastor warned him, “You might be president one day. You will make mistakes, and God will forgive you. But God will never forgive you if you abandon the state of Israel.”

Look at the numbers, instead of letting some rightwingnut blogger TELL you what to think:
6% think he's pro-Israel
8% expressed no opinion
36% think he's neutral
50% think he's pro-Palestinian.
So 50% think he's pro Palestinian, and a total of 50% don't. How does that math equate to "Israelis recognize that he has a great disdain for the Jewish nation"????
And, bottom line, who gives a crap what the Israeli population thinks about our President? He is OUR President, not Israel's. He's there to serve OUR best interests, not Israel's. Although Israel is one of our allies, their interests do not perfectly coincide with America's, nor should they.
And save the "Bill Clinton's pastor" blather. The United States of America is not a theocracy, and we don't formulate our foreign policy on your interpretation of the Old Testament. That's one of the greatest things about America: you keep your version of the Bible out of the State Department, and we keep the State Department out of your santuary.
There you go again: twisting the Word of God. No, we are not a theocracy, but we've had many years of blessings for being a Christian nation and supporting Israel. Obama is about to throw that away.
You would make excuses for Obama no matter what he did. In fact, I don't remember you EVER disagreeing with anything he does. Whether you want to admit it or not, he is your idol.
This may surprise you, but I pray daily for Obama to make wise decisions and for his protection and that of his family. I do not like him, but the Bible commands me to pray for those in authority.
I haven't twisted -- or even used -- any words from the Bible to defend my political views, and I hope I never will. YOU are the one who vows that God's wrath will descend upon those who injure Israel, not me!
We are a nation with many, many, many devout Christians. We have been, we are, and we probably always will be. That does NOT make us a "Christian nation" in the way you seem to say we are.
There are things I disagree with Obama about. They're not things you tend to comment about, though.
I disagree with his heel-dragging on eliminating "Don't Ask Don't Tell".
I'm squeamish about the spending involved with some of his stimulus plans. But I give him the benefit of the doubt, because I see how badly we've treated our fellow citizens on the low end of the socioeconomic scale, and we need to do better. And, if not now, when?
I wish he'd bring a little more change to the political process and do more to stop the pork-barrel crap we've always suffered with. Maybe that's not possible, and maybe he's doing more behind the scenes than it appears, but he should push that sort of reform as much as he can.
I don't agree with all of his views on public education. I understand how inner cities school often suffer and how charter schools may be the answer for a lot of folks, but I don't agree that all charters are equal. Charter schools in suburban communities are often just a pretext for re-segregation and creating semi-private schools within our public school system.
I wish he'd use some of his personal popularity to bring the Democrats into line in the Congress, and push through some badly needed legislation. He needs to use some good old-fashioned arm-twisting to get some meaningful reform.
And, astly, he needs to work with everybody, Republicans and Democrats -- right up until they make it clear that they don't wat to work with him. And then he should cut them off at the knees, politically, Republicans or Democrats. If he was even half as ruthless as Bush, Cheney, and Rove were, we'd be better off.
I congratulate you, Diogenes; you actually critiqued our president.
As to me vowing about God's wrath on America, Diogenes, I am only quoting God's Word. HE SAID IT--not me.
Oh, please.... at least have the guts to stand up for what you said, or apologize for it. There is a reason YOU put that Scripture there; God didn't do it!
(Or are you going to tell us now that God writes your blog, too? If so, He better clean up His act in a few spots.)
We anxiously await your next post on the abomination of eating shellfish. God said that, too, and we need to make sure it gets equal time.
